amazing
Is it good for beginners?
They’re great drawings! Can I ask what book you’re using along side it?
Many people seem to be put off by his style, I was one of them. These books and Bridgman’s became clearer for me after learning “medical anatomy”.
@@AlexCastillo-sv8qk I 100% agree.
@@AlexCastillo-sv8qk I look at them as concepts of anatomy rather than literal depictions.
I think copying the information in the book 1 to 1 till you can reproduce it from memory is a good practice. It's like checking if you can recall it without needing to have the reference book open and use these tricks and tips on a need basis. Tho that's gonna take months considering how many of these tricks are in the book. I definitely have learned at least 50 of these 400+ tricks over the course of learning to draw, puzzling them out on my own observations.
Infinant draw, nice
i don't know how u pull it off but wow i can't wait to get there one day as well 👍👍🔥🔥
Sick
@@Emmortalgod21 thank you😤
So cool
@@Rainbow20022 thank you😤
I study from books on perspective, it's frustrating at first but once you know enough, it'll unlock your creativity.
Wow, how did you learn to draw like this without guidelines?
@@BradleyG2348 thank you so much😤
Im a complete noob to drawing, I've never drawn ever in my life. Do you know which books i should get as a complete beginner (i want to able to draw anatomy).
@@6y55trer8 Get "Framed perspective vol.1" and "Figure drawing design and invention by Micheal hampton.
@@6y55trer8 they'll give you a solid start.
What anatomy book should I get after
Michael Hampton one
@@6y55trer8 for anatomy I would suggest "anatomy for artist form&pose" by tomfoxdraws or, "life draw" by george bridgman
The # 1 thing that was the most important was the starting lines. I use other artist before and after that. Q. Whats your illness ?
Who name (the seller ?) was written in the book ? Looks familiar !
i just got this book and i love being able to follow it with you!
I promise I'm gonna make more, I glad I can be there while you progress.
@@Claman611awesome!
I’m a beginner artist, I hear people say do studies, what does studies mean, how do you conduct a study of an artist and what is the purpose of a study?
A study is the observation and drawing of a subject. If you wanna know how to draw a particular thing, you should gather as much reference of that subject as possible and break it down into simple forms. Photos, other artists work, working from life are good sources. The reason you study is to problem solve before you go to a finished piece. You're gonna make mistakes but, a good study will give you knowledge and confidence to overcome them.
Thank you for responding and sharing that info.
@@Peter-wl3tm My pleasure
Like you video review. Would like it if you showed ed an example of you drawing something from the book at the same time or it could be another video..?
I do have study videos but, I'll do another one today since you mentioned it.
I prefer these types of videos to the over produced 'art tutorials' as they feel genuine and not like the creator is trying to sell me something.
Thank you so much😷
27:50 Keeping a log and looking back at your progress is an essential motivator! Keep going man.
Thank you man, I start one
Hello 👋
Hello👋🏿
Point Character video is very nice ❤️
@@_puneetanimator_ Thank you so much
Can you give me the name of the book?
"Point character drawing". Search it on amazon.

Words of inspiration right there.
Would you be able to make this material available in PDF?
eww
What lol?
How do I get book 2? Not on Amazon
They don’t sell these books separately. The one on Amazon Comes with both.
Nice!
bro stop yapping and just show the book
Yeah, I’ve been thinking about learning to edit so I get to the point faster.
? He was showing the book the whole time he talked
@@AKZILLA I really thought I was😂

Really great video dude!
Thank you so much man.
This information is very helpful thank you bro
great video. what's the pen you using btw??
Thank you so much
It’s a Pendel brush sigma pen.
great video , is it usefull to redraw the books?? for me i just take the information and apply to me drawing
Doing master studies of artist's paintings are always helpful as ideally while you are drawing the image, you are also analyzing "Oh how did he draw this effect here?" or "Why is this character the proportions they are?" Or "How did they shade that tree the way they did?" By analyzing the work as you draw you can piece together how the artist did it. By Analyzing, you'll be able to take that knowledge and applying it to your own drawings at that point. Sometimes, Analyzing and drawing it allows you to understand it deeper than just reading it.
I think you should understand how to draw simple and complex forms before you draw from this book.
Sorry about the late reply
Sounds like a idiots
from one artist to another! Proud of you for doing your studies bud! Keep going Strong! You'll get there :)! Definitely got a sub from me! :D
Thank you so much, you don’t know how much that means.
@@Claman611 Anytime bud. I know how it is to burn the midnight oil for what your passionate about. Just know God's gonna bless you for it and use you to reach millions. :) Keep going bud! Also, ya gave me a new idea for a book to buy so thanks! :D
Estoy aquí porque no entendí la parte de dibujar la cabeza 😂😂
Love you pen or marker where did you find that color or how is it call the model
It’s a Pentel brush pen
They have a bunch of different kinds
Definitely one of the very best books on drawing the human figure. Must buy for anyone who wants to draw like kim jung gi or katsuya terada. Tom fox knows what he's doing
I absolutely agree
i just copped this today i never knew about it glad i found it .
Thank you.
Thank you😂
Thank you for review. Great job. Very helpful. Going to get the book
Thank you😁
Glad I could help.
Knxwledge 🔥🔥🔥 nice vid !
A man of taste😂
I have those books and I never question how taco goes in his work. I'm going to study it and practice it with a new view. Thank you so much bro. I appreciate your videos. Keep up the great work
Thank you so much, I’m glad I could help😂
Are the books good for beginners
@@Sling_ling Not really, I think a beginner needs to understand form and and anatomy to a good level first because this book doesn’t really simplify a lot of its information.
@@Claman611 oh i see what kind of things when it comes to form should I look in too and practice
@@Sling_ling This book called “How to draw what you see” and also “Perspective made easy” then “Figure drawing design & invention.
thank you for review! recently discover this books for me
I’m glad I can help😂
thanks for posting this video dude, Ive seen those sketches before but I never understood where they came from. The shape language used in these drawings resonates with me and they are very gestural as well so I figured they could be useful in my studies
I’m glad I helped connect those dots😂. The book is amazing, you won’t regret the buy.
Hi I'm a complete noob to anatomy and figure drawing. Haven't drawn a stick figure even. Would you recommend this book for someone who wants to learn the basics of figure drawing?
Hell no😂
I would recommend getting a book on perspective first like, “Successful drawing” by Andrew Loomis or “Framed perspective”.
Then maybe check out Michael hamptons “Figure drawing design and invention” to help ease you into the heavier construction in this book.
Also “Perspective made easy” by Ernest R. Norling is a must have.
I think you should still get the book cause it is a godsend but, I don’t want you to get frustrated by the amount of information in this book.
Is that aphex twins in the background ?
I can’t find the name right now😂
But there is another album called “Meditation bells” that has a similar vibe.
Is that a resident evil saving room soundtrack playing in the background?
Yes sir😂
❤🌺From Iraq... What you present is very beautiful, thank you
There is a bad thing about average instructional sources
Hi 611.. great video, I like your idea on going through a book in lesson format. Great idea to teach people and yourself at the same time. Building a video library as you enjoy your artistic journey 😎
I’m gonna do more soon.
Study kim jung gi works and videos rather than that the author of that is also learning just like you not even a master who want to mimic master kim. Dont br blind with that art manners im tellin you bro the author of that tom is just like you who just learning on it novice view i prefer try to study kim or basics solid foundation of art anatomy and perspective and do your phase thats it
Wow.....2000(?) "You know"😮😮😮😮😮😮
...it's not going to be easy playing catch up.
