Why, thank you!!! I found my broom corn on etsy. I just checked, and they still have a great selection of types and color choices! I can definitely give you a great source on the Elder Futhark runes, "Runes: The Icelandic Book of Futhark" is the best of the best, in my opinion. I found it to be one of the most accurate sources out there. It's concise and well organized. The book even includes rune poems for each of runes. It goes over the Elder Futhark, Younger Futhark, and the Icelandic Futhark. Really good book for learning the meanings behind each rune. Now, for a more "Practical Use" source, I think "Futhark A Hand Book Of Rune Magic" by Edred Thorsson is pretty interesting and covers a lot of practices. It is a blend of modern magick and interpretation of the histories. But I thought it was inspiring none the less. Sigils, on the other hand, are not really my forte. They've certainly appeared in my studies, but never as the main focus of the source material. "The Three Books of Occult Philosophy" by Henry Agrippa has a section that explains sigils very well. Plus that is just a great book im general for anyone interested in magick. "The Cunning Mans Handbook" by Jim Baker has a lot of examples of sigil use in english folk magic. Other than that, I'm not sure where to point you, other than maybe, "The lesser key of solomon." Which is admittedly not my jam. I'm not big on ceremonial western occultism, which is where you'll find a lot of sources on sigils. I hope that helps a bit :)

I haven't made a video on servitors...yet, lol. They have been a part of my practice, just not recently. I was hyperfixated on servitors for a while. My thoughts? Well, I found that getting a servitor to form is honestly a lot of work, but it's definitely worth the effort. They fell out of my practice simply because I never wanted to make "too many." They are a part of you, and I don't love the idea of fragmenting energy too many times. If you'd like to pick my brain on some specifics to due with servitors, feel free.

Well, not exactly. Witches don't physically fly on brooms, but we can use them for traveling the spirit world within visions. Think of it as astral projection or dreaming. The body is safe and sound at home, while the soul/mind goes out to explore.

I wish my last broom had gone out as heroically as yours. To be honest, my cat pushed it off the ledge in my old loft. It snapped in half as soon as it hit the ground. He said, "It's time for a new broom," and I think he was right, lol. Your new broom sounds absolutely magical and powerful! I love all the natural elements you included. Nothing beats having a connection to the land beneath your feet. The first broom I ever made was a small, simple, altar broom. I used dried pine needles from the ground and a small twig. Back in those days, I lived out in the woods. Now i'm a city witch, and I miss having the forest outside my window!

@SupWitchez I only just started to work with my broom. This was mainly because I couldn't get a broom. I ride the hedge mainly with my pendulum and my soul within me. That's how I interact with the spirit world. Man, haven't I ended up in places when I astroproject. I don't really work with the fae. I have come across them from time to time. The places apart from the earth that I have gone to are the Duat, Hades /Tarturus. I prefer the duat than the Kingdom of Hades.

That is fascinating. I haven't explored any of those places, at least not that I know of or not in the classical sense. I tend to end up in random and confusing places in my dreams. When I purposefully journey, I usually stick to this world (past/ present /rarely future) or Elphame. My ancestors tend to meet me halfway, but I've been to wherever they stay a few times. It's always different every time I visit. So I can't pin down which land of the dead it is or if it's all of them combined, lol. I find the broom is a really useful tool. I use it in my ritual space, I keep it for protection, and sometimes, it appears when I travel in my dreams. This broom has come through once, but my old broom had quite a few dream trips with me. It always appears in the most random of places. Once I fell through a tree. I grabbed onto a branch to slow my fall, and it turned out the branch was my broom, lol. It'll find ya. You'll have to tell me how it goes with your new broom!

@SupWitchez I, too, have that. I call them time slips. I've experienced the blitz during WW2. I've experienced the occupation of Chang Mai. I've experienced shell shock (not recommended), 1800's Melbourne Australia. I've seen the creation of the pyramids of Giza. That was a past life of mine. That too I wouldn't recommend. I've also seen the land in prehistoric times. Future, I rarely see that. I've seen the kingdom of Hades more times than I have seen the future. Hades is a very dark place, very rocky, cold, and damp. The duat is different. Sometimes, the duat is a desert, very dry and humid, but on other times, it's lush, beautiful, and fertile. The Duat, all in all, is a beautiful place to visit.

The time slips are extra crazy. I haven't seen any major events, I hadn't really looked. I have mostly been an observer in the lives of ancestors, ranging from modern times to much older. Funnily enough, I've found out a lot about myself by seeing their lives. When I'm an ancestor, I think I'd like to make it a point to be available to guide the next generation. I think I also saw what life was like before humans entered the picture. I saw mostly plants, not a lot going on, lol. But it was oddly peaceful. I felt very comfortable there. I didn't see any animal life wherever I was. It was like "if a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it," type vibes. Why wouldn't you recommend the pyramids? For a folk witch, I'm a bit of an alien believer. You gotta tell me... was it the space aliens? Duat does sound very interesting. It's funny how the spirit world is so fluid. One moment it presents a certain way and the next is something new. Though I really enjoy learning about Egyptian mythology and magic. I've never reached out or worked within that realm within my practice. So it very interesting hearing the experience of someone who had been there.

Yes, this is still my channel. I'm definitely planning on making more videos, but I have to get set up for it. I went through a really tragic loss in my family, and I had to take some time to heal. After grieving for over a year, I had to move house. I'm still unpacking and getting my studio space set up. So keep your eyes peeled for new videos on the horizon.

"Don't try to force it" is my best advice. When I was younger, all I wanted was to be able to control my psychic awareness. I've always had the gift, but my experiences were never by my conscious effort back then. So I did all the things you could do. I meditated every day, I did the exorcises, cast spells for it. You name it, I tried it. What finally worked was letting go. I had to reframe my thoughts from hoping something would happen to just being still and aware. You should try going into a forest or park, and just "be still". Listen to all the sounds, feel the wind/sun/rain, pay attention to every physical sensation you notice. When you start to practice being aware of the subtle things in our physical world, eventually, the subtle psychic sensations are noticed naturally. Check out the book "How to see Fairies: Discover your psychic power in six weeks" by Ramsey Dukes. Even though I found this book later on in my practice, I still found it to be super beneficial to my psychic development.

To my knowledge, incense smoke works well due to the metaphysical quality of the element air. So I imagine that this type would work just as well as any of them.

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of your sister. I fully believe that our loved ones reach out to let us know they are ok. I had a similar experience when my husband passed almost two years ago. The night after he passed, I had an extremely vivid dream of him. I was lying in bed, and he took my hand. The dream was so lucid I actually asked him what it was like to be on the other side. His response was disappearing and reappearing a couple of times to show me that even if I can't see him, he's there.

@@SupWitchez I'm sorry to hear of the loss of you're husband that must've been tough for you and yeah my sister's passing was tough I was only 11 the weird thing was a week before she passed she asked my mum bearing in mind she was six at the time and died 2 days after her 7 th birthday she asked my mum what do you want to do when you die my mum responded well I dunno maybe be cremated and my sister said I want to be with you few days later my sister passed and in 2015 I lost my mum to cancer

I think most witches make their enchanted waters. Moon/Sun water is really easy to do. Just let your water soak up some light from either the moon or the sun. If you are planning on drinking the water, make sure you stay away from plastics. Leaving plastic water bottles in the sun releases chemicals into the water.

Welcome to witchcraft! I think you should study whatever really captures your interest, and remember you have your whole life to build your studies into other areas too. I claim hedge-witchcraft because that's the focus of what I do as a witch, but I'm very eclectic in my practice. My best advice is to get a good foundation first by looking into the mechanics of spell casting and training up your spiritual senses. Getting a great mediation routine is also very helpful when starting on the path of witchcraft. I also find that learning the history of witchcraft through the ages helps build a really great foundational understanding of the origins of different practices and how they have evolved. That should spark some inspiration on what you might like to study in the future too :)
