I really loved your explanation. I never thought to use my grips to counteract each other to keep me from turning my wrists to much one way or another. That makes so much sense. Also, setting yourself up with the forward hip lean makes things much less complicated trying to find the right distance from the ball. I'm assuming this works well with irons or is not quite the same as far as distance control from the ball?

Had a breakthrough the other day Mike. I closely follow your instruction, but my scores were drifting. I was practicing on the course and wondered if my swing had slipped out of plane. I then noticed my SHADOW! I turned side on, swung to the top and saw I was way off-plane! I was able to fix it straight away - it was shocking how well it worked. Love your videos 🎉🎉🎉🎉 ⛳️⛳️⛳️

Great video. I swing better from 9 -3 o’clock than from an extended swing position. I am going to try the hip back then forward twist movement as well. I’m sure my distance will improve. Very helpful information.

A terrific drill and explanation as well. If a person would simply take this abbreviated swing out to the course they would strike the ball consistently well and enjoy their game much more. Thank you Alexander Golf.

Hitting off a mat is NOT the same as grass. Much easier. Do all your iron practice off Grass or dirt!

Your three videos “The easiest way” about a month ago have basically fixed my swing, thank you.I’ve been having lessons, but this just clicked after one video. I’m hitting my long irons like an arrow and considering removing the hybrids. Three videos I would love to see: - my drivers going a lot straighter now but I’ve lost 50 yards (225), the back swing you taught doesn’t feel as loose to me. So a video on adding distance? - “the easiest way” for 80yards in. -easiest way to hit woods ( my nemesis at the moment) - can we get a closer look at that right hand on the grip, looks like im still holding it a lot stronger than you. How do I move weight forward is it a push off back foot or a leaning feel

I'm using the Bryson Jumbo grips, which makes it hard to get the grip in the fingers. At first your opposing hands grip felt awkward, but after 3 rounds, now feels natural. My shots are longer and more accurate. Thankk you.

Great video. I’m finding the transition the hardest part so far. After lots of years of slicing, my natural tendency to go hard from the top after a good backswing, will be the hardest thing to eliminate from my swing. But, I’ll keep working on the downswing to sort it out. Cheers Ben, Sydney Australia
