The sound is set for low volume which makes it hard to listen with intention when you have hearing issues.

it is tough for people without hearing issues as well. I have the volume cranked and it is still a bit low

I do not necessarily agree that a person whom falls into one moral lens has to sacrifice sharing the same values or virtues in other lenses, at least not completely. A person whom falls into one lens may still feel they are achieving similar goals, values and overall good as the other lenses. But, I can still see the application of this spectrum in at least identifying the approach of achieving those goals, values and overall good.

Chuck, you are exactly right. Most values are shared, otherwise we couldn't live together in relative peace. The ELI will let a person know which values they will tend to prioritize when values are in conflict. So, someone in the Responsibilities Lens will value community, but if they have to choose between an individual choosing how they want to make their way in the world and intervening so they don't make an unwise choice that might lead to bad results, the influencer will tend to grant the person the choice about how to live. Someone from the Reputation Lens would want to influence the person in every way possible so they don't do something that the influencer might consider unwise. Knowing our own preferences and those of others helps us in the decision process as well as understand people better. Thanks for the comment.

6:34 you repeat relationship lens but never mention reputation lens. Is it a mistake or are they intertwined somehow. Starting at 6:34.
