The nether is Herobrine domain. The reason he teleports away is because he is not actually in the overworld. He is actually in the nether and he is building up above. You is why you’re hearing that. 55:00

So you were surrounded by zombies because Herobrine is there he spawns more zombies and skeletons and spiders and bunch of the other mobs when he is near

To be fair, if you could integrate the section where you mind the Sculk and made it part of the 'Tree Farm' would be amazing to plant the spruce trees (four seedlings together) and both Crimson Fungus and Warped Fungus. The reason I'm suggesting this is that those mushrooms can get up to 27 blocks Tall and can consume about 213 block total as in volume it takes up. This would also be great resource for Shroomlights!!! hope this helps... You could even make it so there's just a tunnel and staircase down to the lower level. FYI spruce grows up to 12 blocks tall.
