Thank you. I think it's a trade off between Flair 58 v.1 and v.2 , for me, I'm ok with v.2 I agree , maybe I don't have to WDT that much. But I just want to make sure and it only took a few seconds more. About the pressure, it went down in the last 3-4 grams anyway. I even have to apply more pressure to keep the pressure higher than 5 bars in the last few seconds.

@@poj531 maybe grind a bit coarser. You use 18g of beans…how many g of espresso? How long was your shot? I typically do about 19 g in, 35g out in about 30 sec. I usually start gradually decreasing pressure after 15-2.0 sec. It’s fun to experiment with pressure profiling.

@@johnrbh 36 g. of espresso in about 30 seconds. Sometime I increase yield to 40 g. for some beans. I'm still trying and learning. Thank you for the tip, I may try to decrease pressure after 15-20 seconds and see if I like it.

@@johnrbh very interesting, I will try to do it your way later. Now I feel like I'm using Decent Machine with too many profile to follow. ha ha..

@@IhmePaskaa not really, if you are wearing monitor headphones atm, it sounds more like a squier sound, or a thinny fuzzy sound. It's not toys he's playing. Get that tone some mojo.
