For all my brothers and sisters that are suffering from Anxiety and Depression, i have been through this and trust me Allah promises ease with every difficulty so trust him and put your faith in him and he will pull you out InshAllah, remember him and he will respond to you that's his promise in Quran. From my personal experience when we don't have trust in Allah's divine decree then we face such problems mentally and for the believers this is a true test of Allah, the more you get close to him the more your mind and heart will heal and you will even forget what you were facing... the best advise is to pray salah regularly and read Quran with translation... even the Prophet PBUH and his companions went through depression and Anxiety so consider this a gift from Allah to purify your heart and soul. Have patience and InshAllah Allah will reward you more than what you want...

Fa alhama ha fujooraha wa taqwaha. Yes the "conscience" instilled in human being is the gift of Allah and it is embedded in every man without his concious external learning!!! I'm impressed with the taseer as to how the awareness of "good" or "bad" I mean "morality" which is universal and runs along all sections of humanity is all that One God created. This morality needs nurturing and developing to become a true human being of high standards. It is this morality that gives personal power to man and identity to his class!! Ma Sha Allah 🤝🤲
