REAL CHANGE STARTS IN YOUR MIND
In this video I share somethings that I’ve learned about how to create new habits and how to activate change and achieve your goals through changing your mind.

Просмотров 234День назад
In this video I talk about how you can stop being your own worst critic and give you some self-compassion techniques to help you. “Whoever gets sense loves his own soul; he who keeps understanding will discover good. WHY IS FEAR YOUR BIGGEST ENEMY (the psychology of fear and how it holds us back)
Просмотров 538День назад
In this video I discuss what is fear and how it can actually control our lives and stop us from doing things that we want to do! “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9 🙏 My Instagram✨: livnoronhaprofilecard/?igsh=MTF1N2F2aG1qM2VhbQ My Tiktok💕: www.tiktok.com/...

Hello livia
Hey! 😊
❤❤❤
thank you for your words, I really needed them I'm currently doing my thesis, and I've already changed my topic like 3 times, and that makes me feel so dumb because I compare myself with others and I see how they are so passionate about what they do. understanding that I just have to do what I like is something that scares me but I have to do it, also going back to my therapy lol (English is not my first language, sorry if I didn't express myself well )
Hi there! Thank you so much for sharing this, it takes courage to open up like that. First, let me say you’re definitely not dumb for changing your thesis topic. It’s actually a sign that you’re searching for what truly resonates with you, and that’s an important part of the process. Comparison is the thief of joy, everyone's journey is different, and comparison is not a fair measure of your unique path. It’s okay to feel scared about pursuing what you like, it’s a big step, but one that’s worth it. Remember, passion doesn’t always strike like lightning; sometimes it grows as you immerse yourself in something that sparks curiosity. And going back to therapy is such a positive step, it shows how much you care about your well being and growth! English is also not my first language, but you expressed yourself beautifully, no need to apologize! I’m rooting for you, and I hope you find joy and confidence in what you’re doing. You’ve got this! 💛
“Sometimes good things fall apart so better things could fall together”
É isso aí!! 👏👏
The enemy within is at least as fierce as our abusive and emotionally neglectful parents were.
Hey! Thank you for sharing this powerful and deeply personal insight. You’re absolutely right that the inner critic can echo the voices or experiences we’ve faced in the past, often becoming just as harsh or even harsher. It’s a journey to replace that fierce inner enemy with a kinder, more compassionate voice. You’ve taken an important step just by acknowledging this, and that’s something to be proud of. Sending you strength and kindness as you continue this journey. 🤍
@@livnoronha Thank you. I have come to realize that this is an actual part of the physical self in the brain that copied the language of abuse that came from those who mistreated us when we were most vulnerable. The mind copies our abusers abusive words and deeds in the form of neural pathways and this is why it's so challenging to control them because it originates from the subconscious mind where conscious thought doesn't exist.
What a wonderful message! 🫶

You are so extremely well spoken! And the quality of this video is to die for Can definitely see myself in the scared of leaving my room part haha Your words will help more people than you'll realize one day :)))
Hi, I think that you remember we were in the same class when we were kids. It's been a long, long time. I really liked the initiative and the content you raised. It would be awesome if you shared more topics like this one. We’re all human, so sooner or later, we’re going to face fear. And I would like to highlight the point you brought: "We should focus on the positive side and the reward, not the negative side of the things." Of course, always with care, like, both sides can weigh the same, you know? I’m not a huge fan of Nietzsche, but he makes a great point in "Ecce Homo" with: "What doesn’t kill me makes me stronger." And that’s the key: negativity will always be there, we just need to find a way to turn it into knowledge. Psalm 23:4 "Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me." - Jesus is always with us. Funny mention: I really don’t know if you ever knew it, but I used to like you in 3rd and 4th grade, but I never told you cause I was a veeeeery shy and *fear*ful kid btw.
Hey Gabriel, of course I remember you, it's incredible to hear from you after all these years! Thank you so much for commenting and sharing your kind words and point of view. It means a lot that you enjoyed the content and found value in it. I will try to make more videos with topics such as this one since it's something that interests me deeply. I completely agree, fear is something we all face, but how we respond to it can make all the difference. I hadn’t thought about Nietzsche’s quote in this context, but it fits perfectly. Turning negativity into knowledge and growth IS key to becoming stronger. And as of the "funny mention" I didn't know it and I'm just findind out😂, but it’s so sweet to hear, even after all this time.😊
Arrasou diva!!! Concordo com tudo, amei os conselhos. E continue postando!!
