Let's say it's not an easy podcast for consciousness

Wow I loved this episode which exuded "authenticity" I signed up for Allie mentorship - Pen to Publish because I truly believed she had integrity. I signed up for mentorship in writing a memoir but when I got the link it was for Mentor me platform filled with male eco commerce mentors and 2 other mentors Allie for writing and Alexis for wellness . Nothing related to memoir writing and in the modules for writing there were about 5 lessons a in each , each 3-5 minutes long. I was so upsold and I had shared my journey with them . I am 61 and was completely broadsided. I sent a very kind email which also gave them the opportunity to make it right and reimburse me but no. And no direct email to contact Allie or anyone other than a support email. This was AI used at its lowest form. Exploiting people with "fake authenticity" I hate to have to write this here but I've given them weeks to make it right. It's a shame and now I see what this growing group of young influencers is really up to. These are very tricky times my friends when you cannot tell the bad from the good. Don't fall for it. Interesting name Easy A

i had really bad ezcema as a kid and found only when i turned 25 things started to repair themselves. I did change my diet which helped but i found stress was a big factor of my flare ups. I may do some gallbladder flushes after seeing this, thanks loads guys <3

I totally get it when Alexis said that she's 'fighting' between being inspirational and being relatable especially online, I don't have such an audience but this is what I'm thinking when I'm posting.. I think we should see social medias like insta/tiktok as tools to express our art through us.. Each path is the right one and I think we can always find ways to intertwine both; showing what's in our heart and being a muse, an inspiration. Also I find it great to do this podcast because we learn so much about your way of thinking beautiful Allie & Alexis, it's so so inspirational & enlightening 😌🤍

I went to Dr Mick Hall earlier this week in Costa Mesa. I had gone to Him about a year and a half ago. He came Highly Recommended by some people I know. He analyzed my blood. He told me I should Stop taking Vitamin C Pills and to get my Real Vitamin C from food. So the last year , everyday I would have kiwis, oranges, strawberries, red, yellow and orange bell peppers, mangoes, pineapple and other Vitamin C rich foods spread out throughout the day to get Real Vitamin C. This time he analyzed my blood, and basically said that it was “ Top Tier”. So, I will be on this natural Vitamin C for Life I feel.
