Well come to jamrac respect to you from Jamaica 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
16 days of fishing and so little video
That looks like a great trip
It was, come out and joins us one time. You will have fun!
Oh what a great story lmao
What is this "tangle, tanagle" bull shit?
Respect to you well come to jamrack come enjoy yourself in Jamaica on your next vacation 🇯🇲🇯🇲
If you need to cut kelp to get a calico that you probably are going to release, you shouldn't be fishing there. Leave the kelp to grow.
You are 100% right! There are some many places to catch them, where you are not destroying their habitat. Thanks for the post!
Hi Bubba, whats the difference between the RUS 80 Mega vs the RUS 80 Tilefish? Are those the same or is there a difference?
Wowww. I6 day long range. This would be my dream trip. I have been on 2 (10) day trips. Would love to go on this trip.
Come on down we would love to have you fish with us. Sorry it took so long to get back to you.
Hope I can get on this trip next time 🙋🏼♂️🎣
Big Bubba can you make a video on over night to 2 day trips? Thanks my man. Keep up the great content!
Anyone end up using that Fathom 80? How did it perform? There isn’t allot of info out there on it.
Yes a guy name EJ won the reel in the raffle, he matched it up with UC Viper with 100LB. He loved the way the reel handles the tuna.
I don't know why but Bubba looks like he makes some good ass ribs
Hey Baba I'm a new fisherman I'm looking to fish for some bluefin tuna down here in California what setup do you think I should use . I think we're trying to get some 100 lbs
What port was this trip out of and when? Edit -- Nevermind, saw the fish hanging board at the end of video. Point Loma port in San Diego, California.
Amazing trip. Can’t wait to catch a tuna.
Awesome trip you had, the UC line of rods is the best in the game period! This trip shows how well these rod perform! Thanks for providing us this footage Bubba!
Thanks for using UC rods
You got it anytime!
Cool... this is the fishing equipment that anglers dream of... with tools that support the strike it's also really satisfying... greetings of success and sustainability always from Bangka Belitung Indonesia
hi, i'm from indonesia
Hey man where are you located at? Would love to go on a trip with you. Looks very promising
Hell yea Bubba! Great video!
Thank you Bubba. It was a trip of a lifetime for me. Awesome group of anglers, and it was an amaizing time.
Thanks, I had a great time fishing with you guys, I hope to fish with you guys again soon. Stay in touch!
Yes I had the Buzzard with me! Yeah we hope next year the fish get bigger. However, we had a great time and the best weather I have had in a long time on the Bank!
I had a ball fishing with all 3 of you guys. Hope to see you soon!
Hopefully the big boys show up next year. Had I known Buzzell was also on this trip, I certainly would have jumped on that last minute discount spot.... just to give him hell.
Thanks , maybe next year on the big ones. Ken will be with me next year again. Some one has to take him fishing!
Great video Bubba!!
Cadillac margarita time Buzzell 🤣. Bubba said he will keep the bill under $1000...........
Awesome vid
Hey Bubba. what size and how many yards of fluoro is/are on your 9e HX ? thanks
Hello Dave, I use about 200ft to 300ft on 50LB or 60LB fluorocarbon It depends on how long you can cast. I don't want the knot going through the guides. Also, I use the JX or the LX on the E9. You can use the HX however it's easier for me to cast the LX or JX.
@@FishingWithBubba1 Thats a bunch of fluoro..thank you for the reply and vid.
Do you use Avet Rapter reels .
I’m taking 3 rods… US Predator 76/Avet JX Raptor w/50# leader for yo-yo and bait. Phenix psw909xhj/TranX 500 w/50# leader for surface iron, Phenix Psw909xh w/Lexa TW 400 w/50# leader for stick baits, swim baits, surface iron. I’m all in for YT, mostly on surface iron! Hooks? Sorry, UC surface iron sticks are hard to come by! I go big w/EC 2004 8/0. I haven’t see a YT at Cedros that won’t eat a slow trolled or flylined Mac on them. I’ve had guys make fun of them and then bum them off of me! If I took a 4th rig it’d be a Calico stick… 8’ Calcutta or Teramar with a Curado/TranX 300. My son got a 37# YT while fishing for Calicos on his Curado 300ej! We both caught 45# YT at Cedros on our 1st trip there. On my 2nd trip I managed to catch 26 YT in one day!
I use a Smitty soft pad. It’s all I need for up to cows! Sun protection is important… there is no shade on the pangas, I wear a long sleeve shirt and wear a buff with my hat and sunglasses… team terrorist! Yeah, the fish aren’t finicky down south. I use a 50# mono leader on everything and save the fluoro for BFT. Salas 7x FTW, B/W, bird shit, mint are my colors. It’s what the pangueros love. I yo-yo with a 6x Jr, it’s rarely deep enough to need a 6x. If you need heavier I like the JRI 6. I’ll be there for the 6th time at the end of the month! I’m still a 3-4’ leader guy on my surface iron rigs… I use. TranX 500 or Lexa 400 and rarely backlash!
how far you put the reel on E900 jig deckhand rod? And to confirm you using Avet hx on it?
Hi and Thanks, on my E900 I put the bottom of the rod to my elbow , then open my hand and see on the rod where the center of my hand and the rod meet That's where I place the reels for me. You can start there to see if its comfortable for you. Yes, I use HX, however if this is your first 9 foot rod you may want to start with Avet JX it's a little narrow and easier to control when you fist start. I hope this helps.
@@FishingWithBubba1 thank you so much for reply and I am glad to find your channel. I am going to get the E900 soon with the AVET. I appreciate your information.
Some great Information Bubba, you nailed it with every line class and type of fishing you will do. UC makes the best rods on the market. I hope someday to fish Cedros. Keep it up!
Thanks
Bubba. Did we fish together on the bright and morning star maybe 15 years ago????
Whatever you do don't forget them salt and pepper shakers.........😉😆
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Just in time for the BD Yellowtail Shoot out! Wish you could have joined the team... perhaps next year.
I hope I can also!!
Most Amazing Info ever.ThankYou Sir.
Thanks
Thanks for sharing! Great info!
Need the sabiki rod there a must have saves from so many headaches and only using a sabiki one or two times no more tangles !
Whoa ... this is awesome man, didn’t know you too had a Tuber. Glad to see that some of my teachings paid off.
Absolutely outstanding information. Thank you so much for your knowledge and experience 🙏🙌
By accident I found my Wahoo Killer. You can't buy them anymore, but you can find some on line. The old Luhr Jensen's Crocodile, 5 to 7 ounces is deadly. just change the treble out to 3XXX trebles, and put a few chrome tinsels hiding the big treble hook. Dorado's also hit em like crazy.
Awesome video Bubba can’t wait for the next one see you in September we’re going to kill it.
Too many rods an reels, 5 rods maybe 6 is all you need. Wahoo stick, light casting set up, heavy casting set up, heavy baitstick, , light baitstick, maybe trolling rod,
Hope you make more videos Bubba
Hey Bubba! Thanks for sharing your knowledge in a detailed easy way to understand 👍
You don't need to replace the drags on internationals anymore. They are in the top 3 for me.
I would agree with you! I was speaking about in the old days, I will make sure I am more clear the next time. Thanks for clearing that up.
Very helpful video. Thanks for sharing your knowledge Bubba.
nice equip you have sir i hope some day i can have one also even not brand new reel
