I've seen many glitches shown off where repeatedly grabbing an item lets you hover up a wall, but I've never seen this madness before. I believe it was caused by hiding in the box outside the pub. Grabbing any object light enough for the Goose to lift would cause him to rise up. Here me out there is a great, amazing and so underatted fanfic about these two on ffnet (Let's Sit Together and Watch the Stars Die) that was so well written that now I ship them so hard. AND I thank you for this video and this art. Like they are cute and they have so much potential that's painful this ship is rare

It wasnt until this animatic did i realize that the Hearthians were *ALL* named after rocks and minerals. I just thought Slate was just one Hearthian that really liked sendiment rock formations.
I wouldn’t have realized if I hadn’t taken a geology class just earlier this year (played it for the first time at the beginning of the summer). I saw Slate, and Feldspar, and Gneiss, even porphy who I recognized as a CATEGORY of rock (porphyritic), and was like “Hey wait a sec”

Like I've said before, Inklings can submerge more than half their body in water before they drown. Also depending on which fan theory you like best, they may be fine in water when their inktank is unequipped.

That height difference would be very concerning for someone who doesn't know the game (great video tho)
If someone wants to just assume that dwarfism couldn't exist in fiction and height directly correlates to age, then that's their problem.

@@RedLuminous I hc that directly caused the Big Runs. The Salmonids were so disgraced that they invaded the surface long before the Octarians even considered it
I always imagine 4 being completely anti salmonid while Neo & 8 are very much ok with salmonids existing and only get tangled up with grizzco during big run cuz it’s their home while 3 is just like “if 8’s chill with them I’m chill”

I finally decided to do some research on Occlupanology and I suspect they may be more joke than actual seriousness... on the website, their history describes Occlupanology as going as far back as 1600s in Florence, Italy with "notable" figures such as "Altimus Horg" and "Horatio Horg" but looking them up, either these people are so obscure that only this website knows about them or they are entirely made up. my suspicions would be confirmed when I would look up the Wikipedia article on bread clips and find an entry for Parody in media listing off Occlupanology and HORG as a parody website.. for what seemed like an area of fascination has now been turned into disappointment I'll never turn back from. also, them not being able to decide if bread clips are parasitic or not is a inconsistency that is of result of poor writing. what a nothing burger.

Who said that was water? (Not to mention that in-game Inklings can actually submerge a lot of their body in water before they start drowning.)
Remember kids, salmonoids are the only splatoon characters confirmed to be able to swim
And jellyfish or else why would there be pools that at a resort? And why would there be jellyfish on Floaties in the middle of the pool if they can’t swim their way back to safety

finding out this hobby exists is awesome. i never thought deeply about these clips like there being rare ones but it makes sense, theyre literally found everywhere and have been around for years. also the fact so many kinds are documented blew my mind, very interesting

I believe the longer version for it is a Porrectofrontus colwelli, it always has blue text on it and is a pure white similar to the picture, but this is all off memory as I’m not currently at the house it’s at and I literally got introduced 5 minutes ago
The color and text has no bearing on the species, and instead determines what we call morph. once you know the family your clip is in, you can hold it up to your screen to get a good comparison to HORG's database.
New and more exciting development, I think I found an instance of constrictula rugosa, initially thought it was C. castigatus, but once I actually started to use the database, I found it was a bit more down to earth, but it was on a Fred Myers’s freezer pop bag instead of a potato bag, and in Alaska instead, but it makes a lot more sense than something people dedicate their lives to finding, although it did feel like it should’ve been more rare as it was in such a weird part of the store

2:00 dunno where you got that bread clip for the UK from… we have sticky strips that wrap around the neck of the bag that sticks to itself to make a closure
Bread clips weren't always banned in the UK. That species was featured in a meme for years as a "young'ns don't remember these" met with confused Americans saying "Right, because our bread is digital now." Relatively recently, the species was found on the ground by a FORC researcher in the UK. It was a big day for us.
Why have you cursed me with the knowledge that there are multiple kinds of bread clips? The world was bad enough with _one_ kind of bread clip. I hate them.
