this game's been out for two years and joel's death gives me a sting similar to a relative passing to this day everytime I see something Joel related. idk why this game had such an impact they're just pixels.

I wish Part II would've been much different. At least more honest to us. I mean we saw Abby in one trailer thats it. If the game trailers would've told us that Abby is a major role in the first place I believe people wouldn't have been so pissed. I mean Abby has more playtime than Ellie and almost the full marketing was about Ellie and that Joel is alive (based on one trailer which was still a fucked up scam). If more trailers would've shown Abby gameplay then we would've known that she has a big role in the game and we would've been more open for her character probably. I still don't like her even if I understand her. But I feel scammed by the developers for setting the expectations extra High for then doing the exact opposite.
