Everlights is fucking trash. The lights don’t work, there’s no customer support, they charge way too much, and if your lights break or go down, don’t expect to get any help.

I like Everlights on my house. Despite all the troubles I get through with installation from the local contractor. Right now my bridge is in red color and unresponsive since 1/2/2025. I tried everything you suggested, got call from Everlights technical support and my technician is going to look at this problem. My question is could it be that the bridge become disconnected because of the wifi chip problem inside the box. Bridge physically connected to the home wifi router, but even my router recognized this device as offline. Maybe I need a new bridge device? thanks

Is it possible to add a twinkle effect to only 1 light in a patten sequence? When you add it to all the lights, they get too dim. It appears that one of the pre-built sequences does this, but I can't figure out how to do it myself. Thanks for the help! I have Version 4 lights.

Why does no one give thanks giving any respect? I'll admit the lights are cool, but if they're "holiday lighting" why not advertise current holidays until after Thanksgiving? Or turkey lights.

Installer comes tomorrow. I was told to download the app and create an account. First thing it’s asking if my product is Version 2 or Version 3 ??

I am so happy to see the extra fall and Halloween sequences! I am a little thrown by the tricks and treats one though? It doesn’t look like anything to do with Halloween at all? I am loving the fun pop culture sequences also!

Still having trouble with my Everlights. Warranty has expired but they go out on one corner of my house every year and I can't afford to keep paying for service calls.

If you google RGB chart you can get and then bookmark a chart for easy reference. Also, it might be good to note that if you tap the numbers at the end of the sliders it brings up the option to type in the numbers that you need for the colors you choose. That’s much easier than trying to slide to get the color you want. I love my Everlights. Still hoping for an option to put in two time periods in a day. Like dark early morning to dawn and then dusk to late dark. I hope that makes sense.
