Spray with oven cleaner let it set for awhile to Penetrate the dirt . You can then take the paper towel wipe the worst part off then wash it off until it’s sparkling clean, no need to have a dirty stove all you have to do every time you do the dishes just give it a wipe no big deal , this is the easiest way of doing it the oven cleaner removes the dirt for you. You take the racks on top off spray separately be sure to put something under them to catch the drips. I would take them out side to spray them.

Why didn't you just lift off the burners so you could easily clean under them and not get residue all over them? They aren't attached. They just sit on top of the jets.

I like to mix some ammonia and bleach to get a really strong clean.

My stove looks absolutely horrible, and I've tried everything but I haven't tried this combination. I'm going to try this combination and come back if it worked.

I will be trying this method out this weekend at my grandmom's. Her stove is so greased up that it's annoying me. I tried to clean it today and nothing worked to get the grease out.

The moveable parts can go in the dishwasher and wiping the stove top everyday when washing the dishes. Never has to be such a job.
