To get 100%, need Tribal Secret Space and Shrine of Depth unlocked, and complete the world quest.

Did you use the interactive map or did you ramdomly find them all?

To get 100%, no special requirement, just Shrine and Tribal Secret Space Opening Tribal Secret Space should gives around 5-6% exploration, and Shrine of Depth is around 8%

To get 100%, need 3 Courier's Trial Keystone, and 3 Shattered Night Shade and Shrine of Depth... and probably 4 Iridescence Inscription Fragment. Last piece Shattered Night Shade can be obtained from completing the world quest when you collect all 3 Courier's Trial Keystone at Ancestral Temple. For Iridescence Inscription Fragment, after getting 4 of them, talk to NPC inside a hut North from the teleporter at the south of pyro lizard. Shrine of Depth gives 8% exploration.
