The red rebel has a 4% spawn chance. It ain't impossible but damn do you have to be lucky for it to spawn. Also I don't know if it's an SPT issue but Zryachiy doesn't spawn with an AXMC. It's also kind of a pain in the ass to add one to him.

Preist and his followers are spawn at certain time on the map around 22:00 to 7:00. Their footstep is complete silent and they'll always prone unless engaging or changing position. Also they're cold blood and I'm not meaning they're cold blood killer. They're actually cold blooded, so thermal will never have their heat signature only the gear, making them harder to spot. Their signature cultist knife deal poison damage and have 2 charges so do not engage them in melee combat unless you have a deathwish. And since they're always prone, they have, quite possibly, the best accuracy only bested by Zryachiy. Possibly the only way to know that they're around is either listen to their praying mumbling or risk exposing yourself in the dark using the flashlight.

Killing Zryachiy is interesting, Killing him faster than his insta kill sniping skills only has a 30% success rate for me or less. I've watched 3 Tracer rounds hit him right between the eyes but only I was put to sleep. If he looks at you while shooting, you get one more shot then bed time.. Mjölnir will do the job but Idk if it's even possible to 1 hit K/O him, last time I tried it took 4 .338 UCW rounds. (New at game, could have whiffed a shot or two.)
