Thanks for the presentation, the house impresses! 🤔 I had to come back to watch the video again. Something that’s really convincing in a house like this is the utility room, to see if it’s very organized. What kind of services would you need to keep the house going? Do you need staff? In a house this size, I kind of think there would be amenities you wouldn’t get in a smaller home. Could one person live there alone? Sorry for all the questions.

Stunning house. As other commenters have mentioned, the constant skips between rooms makes it difficult to get a sense of the layout of the house or to appreciate each room. So maybe having one consistent walkthrough shot through the house would help. Cheers!

Although built well this home is very busy with so many disparate materials and a very uneven flow. If its a spec house then you may have to wait for a particular individual , as this type of build appeals to much smaller segment of the market.

Tbe kitchen is really small...God forbid you're cooking Christmas dinner for the whole family with this tiny kitchen.

Hate that we were unable to actually see the primary suite due to poor editing. Why did I need to see him sitting in a chair rather than the room or bathroom?

The titanium metal facade is giving "Don't Judge The House By Its Exterior," wouldn't want to be a neighbor but the interior is beyond superlatives though. Beautiful. Maybe buy a giant canvas with a house painted on it to drape over the exterior.

This video would be a LOT more enjoyable if the interior shots were done with ONE consistent point of view, e.g. as if you were a person walking through the house, looking forward, as well as to the left and to the right. When the videographer comes to the end of a hall or a room, turnaround and have them retrace their steps. The skips, between multiple points of view, is confusing and annoying. Keep the video smooth and flowing in one direction and please stop with all the abrupt changes. Thank you. Also, the place looks amazing, but I can't understand what the use case is for something so big. It's not likely for a single family. Perhaps for an executive retreat?

Not my cup of tea and way out of my budget. I don’t find it particularly attractive on the outside and I love modern architecture btw. Having hanger type doors is more suited for warmer climes with less bugs.

I like it, but hate the big metal wall at the front of the house. Also should definitely plant a big emerald cedar hedge in the backyard for privacy.
