Welcome to my weekend vlog! I spent Saturday baking a delicious cheesecake, while Malachi enjoyed some time fishing with his dad. On Sunday, I did a bit of meal prepping by making egg and cheese burritos to last through the beginning of the week-so I can have a quick breakfast ready each morning. We enjoyed the sunny weather, and I ended the weekend by braiding my youngest son’s hair.
This vlog is all about the simple moments of family time, good food, and a bit of meal prep to make the week ahead a little easier. Join me as I share our weekend!

Honestly I use to be that way. I think it had to do a lot with having low self esteem. Now people pleasing is not an issue for me. Now if you’re not pouring into me I am not pouring into you. That goes for everyone. You are strong and I’m glad you recognized this and changed it. That is a part of self care.
I believe not really knowing my worth had a lot to do with it as well. But as the old saying goes “when you know better you do better” and that’s exactly the time I’m on.

It actually was delicious 👌🏾 It looks like a lot of seasoning but this was a little over 4lbs of chicken breast fillets. I don’t like salty foods and I wouldn’t have shared it if it was 🤮nasty 😂 but to each their own. Thanks for watching 🫶🏾☺️
