Christian Brede drum covers.
Добавлен 5 янв 2022
New Wave drumming covers with a little rock here and there. New Wave 80s music of all kinds. I just listen to the song that day about 7 times, figure out the changes, do a warm up run thru on the kit, then record about 3 or 4 versions and pick the best one. Rock on. #newwavecovers #rockcovers

Definitely one for the purists. What most people don't get is the fact that there is absolutely nowhere to hide here. The slightest mistake or mistiming will stand out like a sore thumb. Excellent job. Much respect!
@Karma-qt4ji Thank you very much, very kind of you. Thanks for watching. Rock on.

Way cool for a classic song. 🎉what kind of recording equipment do you use?

Excellent, can you play any Motley Crue??.?
@@Icemanracing69 Thanks for watching. Rock on, I've done a few Motley songs.
Never could get this one correct hard for me
@@Icemanracing69 It's just a drum machine. The hardest for me was the consistency on the bass drum.
Christian thank you for this beautiful performance so energetic and wow

Christian you rocked that with rigorous precision bruh! Love that snare as well. Can I make a request "Trouble Your Money" by Robert Plant? Would love to see that...

Great work! Have you played Synch I? If not, play that one; it's fun.
@@stereopolice thank you, and thanks for watching. Rock on.
@@christianbrededrumcovers.8902 Likewise; and I've checked out plenty of your covers; I learn from watching others play; I'm self taught, and I've learned from you as well. Again, try Synch I man, it's a great tune. Cheers ...
@stereopolice Stewart Copeland is the reason I started playing in 79. I've done tons of Police covers. I've only taken about 2 years of lessons when I first started. Thanks again. Keep rocking.
@@christianbrededrumcovers.8902 Yeah, me too!!!!!! Stewart rocked my world. I'm 59 years old. My first influence was believe it or not, "Marky Ramone", but then Stewart Copeland just blew me away with his uniqueness and style; I didn't know that was possible. Nothing else like it ... and as you know, almost everybody afterward was influenced by Stewart. I heard an interview once with Jason Bonhman once where his dad John said, "you are not as good as Stewart Copeland yet ... keep working ... " something like that. Anyway, when I heard Regatta de Blanc, that's when I picked up the sticks. But, it wasn't until I retired recently that I became more serious and had the time to become a better drummer. It's amazing. Yes, Stewart is my fav drummer of all time; it's not about speed, it's not an Olympic sport - for me, it's about musicality, feel, syncopation, and unique fills and just that warm fuzzy drum feeling and being in the pocket. I'll never master it, but it's fun trying. And, it's not a competition ... only with one's self. Cheers ... And, I'm against double-bass. To me, it distracts the brain from allowing the upper body to "feel" the soul. That's just my opinion. Over, nice chatting.
Yes man
Thanks for watching. Rock on.
