I found this video to be one of the best business webinars I've seen on RUclips. Thanks for sharing. I had a small business (8 staff) and due to some unfortunate circumstances, I had to stop it. I am now going back to Uni at 52 to do Business Management..and I intend to start my business again in the next 1-2 years with a few extra skill sets... If you are inside IR35 working through a intermediary (limited company), what are you supposed to pay? Am I correct is saying: Corporate tax Income tax Employers NI and Employees NI As long as you pay the above you should be fine with HMRC?
