I don’t think so. I used the same type cover or protect with my previous MacBook Pro 💻 since 2019. It was perfectly all right until I sold it a few weeks before. The hinges are not covered with Protect. The vents are comfortably open. Thanks

@@binayraj6145 May be your experience is different from mine. I have used Protect Cover for MacBook Pro since 2019. It never hurt my laptop in any way. In fact, it protects the device from dust. The grip is very solid and strong. Otherwise, MacBook slips out of hand if picked up in haste. The Protect Cover does not touch the hinge. Anyway, thanks for sharing your views.

You can create so many wonderful things on MacBook Pro. PowerPoint is just the smallest thing MacBook Pro can perform. Thanks
