Still in my opinion, the coolest boss battle music ever created. The whole thing sounds like it’s on fire! The pounding red hot synth lead, the screaming guitar in the background before the key change, and that techno infused electric guitar sound that arcs and scatters around like red chaotic lightning. That’s the Devil May Cry sound. How do you replicate it? All of it punctuated by a frenetic drum and bass percussion. This was utterly ground breaking at the time. It’s just extraordinary.

It pains me that Devil May Cry will never reaturn to its Dark/ Gothic roots , DMC 5 is an absolute embarrassment compared to Devil May Cry 1 , 3 and 4 ,,, To this day i have never heard a boss theme close to this timeless masterpiece , Only in DMC 3 , What a shame ,,, I grew up with franchise since 2001 ,, I hope Kamiya returns one day to do a devil may cry game alongside Masami Ueda and masato ,,,, I will always cherish this franchise , 🙌🤌🥺 .
