Jennifer Robin Terry is a social and cultural historian, first-gen scholar, and the president of the Western Association of Women Historians. She holds degrees from Sacramento State University and a Ph.D. in American history from the University of California, Berkeley. She has published articles on the White House Conference on Children and Youth; the internment of American children from expat families in the Philippines during World War II; and on child labor in the entertainment and agriculture industries.
