These 4 adds are not going to move the needle. Yes.... they did get bigger and nastier but are they better to the point that they can get passed the 2nd round or the ultimate goal to win the cup. They are technically running this back for the 8th time. This is what happens when the core 5 take up 61.6% of your cap. They did what they could with the cap space they had. The problem here is that it's probably not enough.

I think the very first thing they should do is fire Brendan Shanahan and make Brad Treliving GM and president, then take it from there. Your podcast is one of the many I've been watching throughout the playoffs, but I watch Leafs podcasts through the regular season too, and I will continue to watch yours now too. Hopefully your podcasts are a bit louder though when you come back lol!! Maybe you could get one of those Sure SM7B things all those other podcasters use, even though I know they are a ton of money though.

There was a game between Boucher's Lightning and the Flyers on Nov 9, 2011 were the Flyers defencemen just stood not moving in the defensive zone, and the Tampa players just stood there not moving in the neutral zone. This went on for about a minute and the official just blew the whistle. If you type "Flyers mock Lightning's 1-3-1" in the search on RUclips there is a video showing it if you didn't already know about it.

I have a feeling like they are more relaxed and confident with Joseph Woll in net, like all of us are lol!! And that's exactly what they needed in game 4, because they weren't relaxed and weren't confident. At the end there you were joking about if they should bring Auston Matthews back when he's healthy because that's what we were wondering with Michael Bunting last year. Not only did I not want Bunting back in then, I'm glad he's gone this year, I'm not a big fan of his antics. I watch a ton of Leafs podcasts on RUclips, I think I'm going to start watching yours more too. But I'm an old fart, and I find the volume kind of low on your videos. It seems like you have a dynamic mic, which is a good thing for these kinds of home podcasts, but you have to be only a few inches away from them though or else they are quiet. And maybe you could boost the sound a bit.

I could smell the trouble when that muppet hired Trekiling. This entire season felt iffy to me. I suspected this outcome. For decades and decades I was saying the Leafs needed to stop with the bad trades and free agent signings that had their best years with other teams, and the Leafs needed to just tank and rebuild with high draft picks like most of the other great teams throughout history have done. Then Brendan Shanahan came along and that's what he did!! And he had Lou Lamoriello, a Stanley Cup winning GM to do it!! Everything was great in 2016-17, they played great against the Capitals in the playoffs!! But they just needed to boost the defence, and I knew Lou Lamoriello was going to do that. But Shanahan got rid of Lamoriello for an OHL GM Kyle Dubas, I was so mad. Then instead of boosting the defence, they signed John Tavares, a forward, and just another free agent that had his best years with another team. Brad Treliving seems like he will build a more traditional playoff team, but it's going to take time. Brendan Shanahan needs to be fired for taking the team in the wrong direction and then refusing to correct it year after year.

The algorithm recommended your video because I am a glutton for Leafs content. You have a lot of competition, so I'll offer my take on your video. Zoom in on yourself. It's a cool set, but people who watch want to see your reactions. Your pace is slow, probably because you're not working off a script. I'd either try to condense it with cuts or take more time preparing. I wouldn't worry about rushing to get it out right after a game. Sorry for the unsolicited review, I just love the passion!
