This is all fine and dandy, however, my HOA is using this video as propaganda for what they are doing in our neighborhood. Not once has it been discussed in this video about the fire damage nor the insect damage that is done to the individual properties because of the natural grasses. There has been a noticeable increase in insects as well as vermin.
The grasshopper popultion has exploded as well as the voles..and im boardered on 2 side by it and its destroying my yard. So I dont want to hear a damn word from the HOA when my lawn looks like crap

Incredible video, I’m working property in the same manner and after just one fall of not cutting I was amazed at how much space naturally seeded this spring- no wasted gas or time either!

Can you pop or eat the ornamental corn?
Popcorn requires drying to a specific moisture content and is difficult to judge with testing equipment. The ornamental corn will be very hard so it should last a long time as a decoration. I would not recommend eating it. Thanks.

We live in Pelican Farms. We drove to Rain Dance and could not find the plum orchard.
The video is very informative. I’ve been waiting for a map like the one in the email blast. Thank you! I don’t see where the map differentiates between early sweet corn and late sweet corn and the video makes it clear to pick the right corn at the right time. Thanks for your help.

The video didn’t say where the early corn fields are and where the late corn fields are.
Thanks Richard. The email blast will have the crop and orchard maps attached. In Pelican Farms, the field at Pelican Farms Rd and Crossroads (east). In RainDance, the field with the sunflowers along Crossroads west of Covered Bridge. Enjoy!
