He was Fully God but also fully human, he felt everything we would feel the pain the suffering and rejection, all for the love he had for us. He gave all of us sinners a gift “For God so loved the world he sacrificed his only begotten son, so we may have eternal life”, Jesus was perfect in every way and went through extraordinary pain for the love He had for all of us, we know that as long as we believe and have faith we will enter paradise, and eternity with our creator whom is all love.

@@steviekaiser9974 So the pain of receiving many lashings till your skin is peeling off,beaten by soldiers, mocked, nailed to a cross, and rejected because of the love he had for us, wasn’t a sacrifice than I don’t know what is. People suffer every day for those they loved and Jesus suffered the most for the love he had for us, he felt the pain of every sin that he took on because of his love for us, he felt the unbearable pain of separation from the Father, all for us sinners, he didn’t deserve any of it he was perfect, sinless but he still beared our punishment. May Jesus bless you, and may the Holy Spirit open up your heart.

It’s all God’s timing bro. Not ours

He was whiped until he couldn't feel anything in his back. Bits of animal bones were tangled into those whips. A crown of thornes was wrapped around his head. He was spat on, kicked, punched and hated. He draged a 300 pound cross of solid wood up a hill on his torn apart back, splintered badly. Nails were hammered through his hands and feet, and he was left to hang there on that cross. After starving and thirsting and bleeding heavily, he died. Humiliated in every way imaginable. The roman soldiers shoved a spear into his heart to make sure he was dead, yet what did jesus say to these people who treated him like that? "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing" He didn't just give up a weekend, he saved us all from death. Every bad thing we've ever though or done in our lives, we deserve to be punished eternally for it. But Jesus who was completely innocent took the punishment we deserve for all sin.

The whole point is that the little tiny weekend that you don't care about shouldn't have happened. He didn't deserve to die, the price of sin is death, he had no sin. He paid the price for humanity on that cross, for all of creation, it was foretold from the beginning that he would sacrifice himself for everyone including yourself. For people like you who laugh and disrespect him through what they say, think and do. People like you and me. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life. God loves you, trust in his son my friend, because his name has all authority and power and when you see him coming on the clouds of heaven, then you will see, he wants to see you with him. He is the truth and the life. He can set you free but only if you let him.

He didn't just "sacrifice a weekend." He became sin, and faced Hell for us so that we wouldn't have to if we accepted Christ.

He died for our sins but Rose again to show us he defeated death

By dying he took on the burden of bearing every sin that ever had or ever will be committed. Then he rose from his death to demonstrate that through the Father, we may have everlasting life.

That's what I'd like to know.

So that you could share your wisdom learned from the struggles you've been through with others. You paid a price so that others could learn. It's a righteous burden. Use it to help others.
