I hope this helps some of you. This was my first tutorial , I do plan to do more... Let me know suggestions and I will make them =)
Thanks Lindsey all the way from the UK. You make it look easy 😂. I've just bought an embroidery machine and sewwhat-pro so will watch your other videos 😊
I don't know how to change a color after setting everything when I decide I don't want that certain color. It seems to be set and you can't have a change of heart. I have had to go back to the beginning and use the wand to change it. Can anyone tell me if this can be done to change a color in the middle of embroidering a design without going out of the program and starting over?
Very helpful.
Thank you for your video, it was very helpful.
Hello, I am writing from Turkey. We do not have an embroidery pattern drawing video here as clearly and clearly as you. Could you please help me with this embroidery drawing or send me the link of this embroidery drawing program, thank you very much.
Is it possible to remove the stitches behind the merge image? That way you won't be able to feel the stitches under the bulk applique?
Does it work the same in the lettering with a BX font? I am considering purchasing the software but have already purchased a box font. Thanks
Thank you. Gr8 Demo! 🙌🙌❤❤
After I save a design to a computer file, can I open it again and make changes to it. I have tried but not able to select anything after it has been saved.
Lindsey, thank you for teaching how to do such basics. You are easy to follow and have the gift of teaching. Don't give up!
I would like to see the removal of the overlap of the 7 and the anchor
Thanks for the tutorial. You increased the density, but I would like to know how you know how much to increase it by. Thanks again.
I loved this video it was straight and to the point. I hate watching a long video to try and find the information I need. I've had Sew What Pro for 2 years and never use it but I will be using it this week!
Thank you for your video. Do you use sew write? If yes, do you recommend it? If you do not use sew write, how do you create alphabet files or add letters to your design? Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks so much. Get real overwhelmed when trying embroidery software.
How to curve text? Thanks
Thank you. I've been embroidering for a long time and am always looking for new ways to float- especially when the hoop is a 5x7 and the shirt is small.
Thank you so much for going to all this trouble for us. I’m not very computer savvy AT ALL.... I just down loaded sew pro to see if I could do it... now I think I can!!!!! THANK YOU.
Great video. Very informative. Thank you!
How much was this machine?
Hi, what's the size of the needle? Thank you :)
75/11!!
Can you a video where there are 5 different colors in your design.....how would i set that up to assure that certain color stitches out in the step It needs to? I have a design with 20 steps and couldn’t figure out how to assign these 5 threads in my design.... if not can you direct me where in the manual i could find it. Ive looked hi and low and no luck! Very aggravating for me. Any help would greatly appreciated! 😊
yes! I will!
Will you post your thread source?
I normally buy online, I’ll find the link to the large spools
I adore you
I love you too
Craft room is great😏 looks like many of ours I’m sure. Your real attitude is also refreshing, lol. Love the sew what pro vids you have done would love to see more of those. My old software died along with the computer it was on. Thankfully I had saved all embroideries and had already purchased so what pro, but am not up to speed with it yet. Thanks for the videos.
Thank you girl! If you have any questions on anything let me know!! Or want any particular video!?? 🥰
Amen Sister
Thank you ☺️☺️
Very cool! Thanks for the tips!
Thanks I Mow!
@@Thestitchinmomma You're Welcome!
Thanks for a great tutorial. Can SewWhatPro take a .jog or .png (or other image file) and turn it into an embroidery file?
Hi Lindsey, I am looking at this machine it been a while since you make this video, how is the machine working for you.
I love it!
Thanks for the information.
Excellent!!!!
Just got SWP. This was a super helpful video for a beginner! Feel like a pro already, thank you =)
Thanks Lindsey! Just geeting started and you made a difference!
I have recently purchased the same machine as this and I'm having problems with the machine stitching the correct colour, even though I've assigned the thread to the needle it keeps telling me to swap threads. Could you do a video showing how to sew out a design in multiple colours and how you assign the colours so it doesn't keep stopping.....
Hi! I will make a few more videos with this machine!
@@Thestitchinmomma I have since got used to this machine, so I would feel comfortable doing something more advanced, as such I would love it if you could do a video on how to use the appliques and what the 'knife/cutting blade' icon is used for....
@@NannyMooCreations good evening! I have a video on machine appliqué!
@@Thestitchinmomma Oooh, thank you, I'll have to take a look at your other videos...
This was SOOOO HELPFUL. I understood everything. Perfect! Thank you
I'm so glad!
Have you done anymore vidoes lately on sew what pro, I like the way explain thing slow and easy Thank u
Hey! I am sorry about the delay on your response. I can definitely make more, any suggestions?
You are a very very good teacher......you actually convinced me after watching your video to purchase "So what Pro". I have a Brother LB7000 and it is a 4x4 but i have just learned about "Positional Hooping" to make my 4x4 bigger...I am subscribing for your videos.......Thank you so much!
Glad I could help!
Great video so informative! I have a lung disease and I cringe when I see people spraying sticky stuff to float their shirt! I’m saving for a machine and so glad I saw this video!
Thank you I needed to know that.
Great job! Looking forward to more videos.
When you stich it out does the hulk automatically overlap the three? How can I put one file "infront" of another. ?
Thank you for the video. Newbie here I have the same question regarding the design stitches overlapping. Do you do anything?
Hi loved your tutorial I’m just beginning and have a quick question, I can see that you’re designs overlap.. do you have to do anything about that or will the program automatically remove the stitches that are overlapping
I was looking for a function that removes the overlap. Where your 3 touches the Hulk, those stitches should not be there. Do you know how this is done?
Great video! Thank you so much!
Thank you so much! I am a visual learner, and your video was so very helpful. I was becoming increasingly frustrated with the software to the point of thinking I had wasted my money. Your video was short and sweet and to the point. I love that! I have subscribed to your channel. Thank you!
This was helpful to me. I'd love to buy an embroidery machine to put names and initials on baby quilts and things I make. I'm trying to find out if I'll have to make a ton of additional purchases to be able to do what I want. I found sew what pro and your tips here were helpful and easy to follow. I'm not a pro and won't 't do a massive amount of embroidery. TFS.
Hi Lindsey Have you ever tested a cutting machine to cut the appliqués?
Hi, Thank you for such clear instructions on this, I am only new to machine embroidery and have really enjoyed doing applique work. I was wondering if its the soluble or teary away sticky you use? Also the stitch and tear, I have read that the saying goes, If you wear it dont tear it. Just wondering what your opinion would be on this statement?
Lindsey, thank you, there is hope for those of us who want to learn to digitize and now can afford it.
