Sharing some simple and easy cooking ideas to prep for your whole week. Choosing healthy and balanced diet that helps me maintain my body fitness goals.
I switched to simple, no oil cooking with less wheat and lactose. Not because I am intolerant to it, but because I was told by my doctor that I had developed cysts around my ovaries over time having an overly high in carbs and that was also increasing the testosterone levels in me. This lead to me suffering all my life with intense pain during my periods.
And since I have made changes in my life; doing regular exercise and taking right diet, the results are drastic. I don't even feel anymore pain at all.
I still have a little bit mood swin...
