Oh wow lucky for Caribbean Medical students. In the UK you could get all A* in A Level in all the required subjects, an excellent Bio superb extracurricular and still get rejected for medicine. The personal statement or Bio , as you call it, is not considered enough to access determine a student's fit to the course. The UK medical school uses the interviews to access the student's fitness for the course besides excellent grades. They want to make sure the student has the empathy, dedication and understanding of what it means to deal with vulnerable people, how they bear under stress, their judgement in critical situations and ability to work with others.Additionally unless you pass the MMI interviews stations (8 or more) and get a good score at entrance exams such as UKAT, BMAT and GAMSAT, you won't even get an interview. Glad to see you Uni makes it easy for excellent students with good bio and extracurricular to gain admission.

im in the same boat, i honestly don’t know how to feel one part of me is sad bc i worked so hard for 3 years but the other side of me is like well you could cut it (which i always have been trying to avoid). i get trims regularly but my hair just keeps breaking. i have spots where my hair just completely just breaks from the root it’s stressful.

Standard in those country is low compared to United States and any country outside the US you have to go back to school to practice in the USA. A US doctors need a minimum of a Bachelor degree to enter medical school.

I did the same thing to my relaxed hair 2 months ago it was almost to my waist but I need the cut.
