I had this hypothesis years ago that the elemental nations are on earth inside a pocket dimension and that it was set up like Harry Potter uv. The nations would send their top teams on ss missions out to the real world. That would explain why there's different levels of technologies in the Naruto universe.

I don't know if I'm the only one that gets slightly annoyed by the repetitive lines from the fic. It's still a good story just the repetitiveness does get annoyed.

As to the Chamber of Secret, Ginny owes Harry a life debt due to the fact Harry owed no duty to protect/save Ginny, whereas a teacher owes a duty to protect a student . Since Harry was forced into the Tri - Wizard Tournament as an underage wizard; thus, he was emancipated by that act. He may perform magic outside of Hogwarts without the consequence of use underage magic.
