Thank you. I missed it because I like to have a video playing on my 2nd monitor, and whenever a cutscene plays I pause the video. I can still control the game with my controller if the web browser window is selected, and control the video without switching windows. But for some reason the cutscenes are silent when I do it this way, so clicking onto the game's window caused the cutscene to skip.
