that’s amazing bro. i got a plate screwed into my arm near the wrist and i am worried about putting a lot of weight on it. i just reached 100 pounds in some gym exercises. hopefully i can get to body weight level
Proper practicing technique BUT. You forgot some very essential when learning new tricks. Not just for your safety but also for a better mindset while practicing wear some f**king protectors and practice how to fall properly. For 2 reasons: 1) you can avoid serious Injuries - you need your head for literally everything you do. And broken wrist swill keep you off the board for several months. That means no progress for months 2) there is a huge psychological aspect you shouldn’t ignore. If you learn new tricks there is always some small anxiety for falling which makes your body a little less relaxed even if you don’t notice it. To be honest it is clearly recognizable in your body tension, your body is not relaxed.The less relaxed your body is the higher the risk for falling. But even if you don’t fall from your board your progress is slower because of this barrier in your mind. Try it out. You will feel the difference quickly. I would bet you could safe half of the time with more relaxed movements.
