Happy New Year! I was actually told this by the people who did my weight loss surgery because it’ll cause stomach ulcers. Which surgery did you have? I’m wondering if it’s different versus the sleeve or bypass? But they told me to not take ibuprofen for the rest of my life to avoid a stomach ulcer. I truly wish I could take it, I might ask them when I see them next week. But Tylenol just doesn’t help much with my cramps and my gyn just says “nothing else we can do, no stronger pills we can give you” so I pretty much suffer for the first 3 days of my cycle each month. It truly sucks!

I understand! I’ve always called myself black but I guess the correct term would be “African American” but we did 23 and me a few years back and I’m also mixed with so much but I still don’t call myself mixed since both my parents were mostly black! But when I ordered this doll, I did pick black but she comes a lot lighter than I expected but also all humans come in all shades of color! Mixed or not! I’ve had people TELL me that I’m not black but in reality, I very much am but people see me as being so light that I’m mixed and I’m not even that light lol! I’m a brown color! But definitely take the time to research and look at other options, before you make your decision! These dolls are expensive and you want to fall in love with them first!
