@@gaboaaa23 yes you can do that and build your own controller to fit in the 1up housing or just buy the Switch Fighting Stick and 2 Mayflash Magic-NS adapter and use the 1up original monitor.

@@manwithfewwords3954 sorry, ive putted it in the wrong way! :) What ive ment is if its possible to use the standard controllers(joystick, buttons) with a new HDMI Monitor and the retro arcade box mod(with the many games)? Or do i have to buy some other stuf to use the standard controllers with the hdmi monitor? Cause I dont want to pend 100 Euro on thi Dell Monitor.

@@gaboaaa23 If you buy the 3 items listed in the link you don't need to buy anything else for this mod. The Switch Fighting Stick comes with PCB that you connect to the original 1up monitor and you connect ArcadeBox hdmi to this PCB, you don't need to buy any monitor.

@@manwithfewwords3954 i see! But i wanted to swap the monitor on the 30th aniversay mortal kombat cabinet, cause there is a TN panel monitor in it and it looks so washed out if you watch it from the side. Also, do you know wich arcade box I should get? Saw so many of them.....

@@laurentsosson1739 If they are all SmartSolar, you can setup a VE.Smart network so they can communicate with each other via Bluetooth. Make sure they are up to date with the same firmware.

@@Politismos88 It will not work if your cell voltage are too low. Charge the cells and try again, and have you try with a different multimeter?

copy and paste from my other post "I started this project with a Victron Multiplus ii 24/5000 inverter and then got another 24/5000 connected in parallel shortly after, I never had any issue with it so decided to stick with 24V, but if I have to start all over again I would go with 48V to save money on cabling and buying fewer BMS."

@@manwithfewwords3954 Thank you dear I use 48v Chinese hybrid inverter to power my home with no issues I also have 2 inverter Victron Quattro 24/5000 and two solar charger 150/100 & 100/50 Cebro gx Smartshunt Lynx Distributor. Didn’t install yet What do you advise me to do? Should I stick to the Chinese inverter with a 48 volt system or should I switch to a victron system with 24 volts?

@@saifsky It is up to you if you want to switch over, if it was me with all those Victron gears in hand I would swap over because they are more efficient and I like to monitor the whole system with the Victron app and VRM portal. There is nothing wrong with a 24v system as long as you use the correct fuse and cables.

Did you put the multimeter in diode mode? It shouldn't show battery voltage if it's in diode mode.

@@manwithfewwords3954 I didn't have the B-- of the BMS attached to the battery (this was mentioned below!) Now we're in business and BMS has been awoken!

I started this project with a Victron Multiplus ii 24/5000 inverter and then got another 24/5000 connected in parallel shortly after. I never have any problem with it so decided to stick with 24V. As for the AGM system,l got the 2 Victron 24/3000 and batteries for dirt cheap that's why it's a 24V system as well. They are still running well, I won't get rid of them yet. It was the only thing I had at the time, I'm now using a mini pc with Batocera.

Yes. I was too invested with 24v from the beginning, it's working perfectly so I'm stuck with it. Will change to 48V in future if the inverters fail.

just pull out the balance wire plug on the bms.

There is no master/slave, just connect them all in parallel.

⁠You should top balance all the cells/pack to the same voltage before you parallel them,you don't want inrush current going to the weakest pack initially.

All the banks are connected in parallel and each bank have their own bms.

I don't have that problem so not sure. You should be using the same power rating bms on those batteries.

That arcade box runs a version of retroarch that's outdated (3.9 I think?). The issue was fixed in the 4.XX versions but the arcade box isn't supported by 4.XX

I'm also running batocera with a Lenovo mini pc shortly after making this video,the arcade box is too slow.

@@manwithfewwords3954 I ended up giving the arcade box to my friend's 8 year old and they love it. Nothing wasted.
