I think it shouldn't be banned because it's doesn't give them an unfair advantage and ultimately if they want to throw the round they can if they believe it's the best play possible. that being said, it was most definitely not the best play possible since if they aren't gonna buy anything they can at least try to do some damage and if they fail then the outcome is the same anyway

I think that nobody gets the strat that's all. Even did it in ranked recently. There's situations when it makes a lot of sense to do it especially at the higher levels of play.
