Not sure if I like this more than Gangplank Galleon, to be honest; Gangplank Galleon is iconic, but this just feels so much more intense, reflecting how tough the boss fight is.

It's fascinating how I can tell who composed what with this game's soundtrack. I guess I know the work of Yoko Shimomura and Grant Kirkhope so well! (not so much Gareth Coker and Christophe Héral, but still... I mean I've played Rayman Origins and Rayman Legends, but that's about it)

i notice a difference in the cymbal crashes and the looping in this version, where does this version play compared to the other one?

I wish they kept producing tunes like this in the more recent Zeldas. There are very quiet, very ambient tracks that play in botw and totk, you can even hear a bit of this song in Rito village for example. They sound ok, but I would be fine with losing covers of previous music in favor of actual new compositions like we used to get with each new Zelda game. Think of OOT, Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, Twilight Princess - each one introduced actual new music that was great.

When finding all of the parts in the game and beating the final trial and now relaxing having a great time listening this. the soundtrack for this game is heavenly

It's kind of a shame that Fury Bowser is so cool and badass-looking, but the actual final battle of the game is against Giant Bowser, which is a little underwhelming if I'm being honest.
