Making a Plastic Star Pattern in a Baking Pan
So, I got it too hot which is why the red looks funny. It was my first time with this oven. I will make something else with this pan but this test came out ok.

Relaxing Melting Metal Objects

Ultimately, I am just melting these things down to harvest the metal for casting, but it is nice and relaxing to watch. #satisfying #relaxing #beautiful

Very satisfying music is a bit loud though
Dude, your audio needs some serious work
Oh, that's the sound of the torch.
I just added a music track.
Звук пива
totally crazy how it remember its previous shape
I feel dumb. It took me 40 seconds to realize what was happening lol
Its reversed
YEAH NO SHIT
OMG 😂 this just reminded of the movie Terminator 😂🤣
Oh, wow, I wonder if there is a diecast terminator figure out there somewhere. You have a great idea there!
Now that is SATISFYING ❤❤❤
Bruh reversed 😂
I wonder why zinc melts to become zinc
Yea I know right? Should be double zinc or zinc2?

Inspired me, i want to do this. Do you use some kind of mold release or does it naturally come unstuck from the glass?
If you use plasticware then it naturally comes unstuck. If you're using glass as a mold, heat it up gradually. Going straight from 0 to 450 will make the glass break. Outdoors only!
Great way to recycle plasticware, too!
Yes. I use words like repurposing around the house. Trash to treasure is another good one.
this is in reverse
:/
Yes.
Cake decorator!
Sure!
I want to eat it
I know, right?
Those fumes cannot be good for you 😥
Pin before it go viral
Two things you can do. One, smoke the form. Soot is a good releasing agent. Or. Two, throw the form in a woodstove or fireplace, rust/oxidation is also good at releasing
Nice! I discovered the rust option already and that's cool, but I will try the soot. I've got a lot of it around because of how often my project catches on fire. lol.
@@meltedcreations7809 candle soot, or from a lighter work well
Sand, you have found out one of the reason's!
Yea, I can do that. I was hoping for a smoother form like I get with the one graphite mold I have. Maybe really fine grain sand?
It does work, but only the other way round! You can make a nice cake in a casting mold. Excellent for mud pie! 😂
lol. I just hope my wife doesn't notice the damage. I quietly snuck it back in with the baking pans...
Just heat the pan
Yea maybe. I did heat the pan but looking at those bubbles I think I really need to get it super hot. I'll keep experimenting. Thanks for the tip!
Preheat the pan to fix the holes. Put two sticks in it while its still hot so when it cools you can pull it out.
**After you pour**, put 2-3 sticks in while it's still hot to help you pull it off, the sticks can be smoothed out later.
Plus the first time you cast in a baking sheet it burns off the non stick coating on the pan. With aluminum it really wants to stick to the pan the first few pours. If you knock it loose after it cools for about 30-40 seconds it usually comes out. Once the coating is finally burned off it won’t stick anymore and you can leave them in for longer. Still wanna knock it loose while it’s still hot though.
@@shinnagain Ah, the irony. The non-stick coating is making it stick. Actually, looking at the after closeup, the does seem to be bits of non-stick coating in the casting! This is all fascinating. Thanks for the info.
You mean some kind of metal sticks of course? Wooden sticks would burn up I think. Maybe some long nails, then just grind them off flush?
@@meltedcreations7809 Yes exactly
Just a newb thought... Maybe as the casting cools, it shrinks enough that it is gripping the inner spindle-portion of the mold?
Exactly right, plus hammering the bottom side will make the center buckle and stick even more.
Aha, yes. Didn't think of that. Probably right.

Woah! This is really neat ❤ love this 🥰
I really like making these. I bet you want to vacuum up all those beads!
@@meltedcreations7809 😂🤣 why yesssss, YES I do!
he he. You know I keep seeing your videos and it makes me want to film some new vacuum videos. Where is the time though... But I see that you are still going strong!
@@meltedcreations7809 I’d love it if you could find time to vacuum. I also watch your videos on mowing yards, It’s calming. I love the smell of fresh cut grass.
@@vacuumsensation I'm glad you watch. I'm about to upload a whole bunch of Shorts.
What you need to do is make sure your cast is nice and hot then try to poor as slow as you can and then preheat a plate of steel to lay on top, once on top put some lime over the top of the plate that will make your product cool slowly, you should be left with a smoother finish
Thanks for the tip! I am looking for information on this because I am really liking this.
Mind if we can. Cc cl
Gotta show the boys the infinite aluminum glitch
Lmao😂
Reverse plasticity 😂
cool idea
What a waste you literally melt them and then reverse the footage, let's destroy some toys that could go to another kid for some RUclips clout Edit: You destroyed an early 2000s Eradicator, I hope your channel doesn't succeed
It looked cool at the end😊
First! But why does it look like a hat now?
lol. It kinda does. This was the nut that held the ceiling fan light cover on.
More like melting, and who blow smoke up who ass?
Some where in 1800 hundreds Europe "Hello fellow fellow black smith, might I have some metal" "Why sir yes you may, but only enough to fill one spoon" The spoon in question:
Bet its pewter
Yep I think so.
*vine boom*
ONLY A SPOONFUL
A spoon full of metal makes the medicine go down
lol
Mmmmmm metal cookie
It took me way too long to figure out what was happening.
RUclips sends me the most random shit, but it knows me SO FUCKING WELL
Ah yes, growing cars
This is the future of micro plastics and global warming 😮
Holeh Moleh😮
I like it. Feels so calm and comfortable
