Rowing and sailing on the Wolastoq (and Nashwaak) in a CLC Northeaster dory

Took our dory out for another row and sail on the Wolastoq in Fredericton. I wanted to try doing a short loop on the Nashwaak tributary. When I got upriver of the bridge there was just enough wind to do a few tacks back and forth.

First sail in New Brunswick with our CLC Northeaster Dory that we built in Seattle and Vancouver. I went out for a quick row to test the wind, came back in, attached the gopro and raised the sail. The wind was a bit gusty but plenty strong for a quick couple tacks out on the river.

Last sail at the Jericho sailing centre turned out to be a windy wet one. This is a Chesapeake Light Craft designed Northeaster dory that we built partly in Seattle at the Center for Wooden Boats and finished here in Vancouver at the Vancouver Wooden Boat Society's boatshop this past spring.
