1st time maxing out my mini lathe D460FXL

For the first time I did put a big log ( -25mm diam) on my Holzmann D460FXL, maxing out my horizontal space to turn. All goes well, exept that everything is shaking, as for the table isn't the most stable place for the lathe. Unfortunatedly I have no other choice to put it on for now. #holzmann, #D460FXL,

Bravo Lulu, jolie réalisation et une belle utilisation du Foredom. le tenon un peu travaillé pourrait presque finir la pièce comme une bouche de poulpe, ou une tête un peu plate... j'attends la vidéo suivante pour voir le résultat final. 😉👍

I think you did a beautiful job. Maybe the resin for the "headdress" could have been of a more contrasting color.
Yes I agree with you Erik! It should have been more yellowish-gold that contrast more with the wood. Or a bit more dark? Learning experience 😉 Thank you so much for watching and your comment.
