You guys are rock, @HerzogCompanies, happy MLK Day to all of you.
Thx you very much for the insight
Do people really not know to keep a rail crossing clear? That’s depressing
Why is this so good?
Thank you for the information, you guys are the best, @HerzogCompanies.
Seems nice, but wouldn't it be more important to fix the design of the intersection first? change the traffic flow and add some signals in front of the track, to avoid congestion on the tracks in the first place. Grade separation isn't the only alternative.
My dad and uncle owned a fabrication shop in west Texas. Herzog came by when they were doing some paving on Interstate 20. That was in the early late 80's early90s's. We ended up doing work for this company for 15 years. I don't remember the exact number of backhoes that were sent directly to us to weld all of the components but it was north of 50 of them. Nice brand new Caterpillar backhoes. We had to inspect everyone of them to make sure everything worked, windows were good, wiper blades wrer there, etc because there was no warranty because of what they were using them for. I do recall that 7500 lbs of steel was added to welded to each one. We built a lot neat equipmentfor these. We really enjoyed working with them.

2 words: Thank you
Wonderful story, great man.
Very informational
Dear @HerzogCompanies , long time ago in 2002 for the NASCAR Busch Series when you guys ran the team in Xfinity at the time, you guys hired a driver named Andy Houston as you signed him to a 2 year deal to drive the no.92 Excedrin Chevy, but replaced him with Todd Bodine after Las Vegas due to "performance issues" (which I find to be a stupid reason) however I believe it's stupid, the fact your founders replace andy with todd means you guys are hiding something from us andy houston fans because Andy was 11th in points before you guys let him go, and had a 2 year to drive for you guys in 2002 and 2003,I would like a response from someone that worked on your NASCAR program, please and thank you. Sincerely MadBlade_2

Where at?
This is an amazing documentary and a critical story of American motorsports. Thank you for sharing
very cool
This is really innovative and much needed across the US as our urban rail infrastructure develops. Where is it being used or tested right now?
Hi @CityPete! Thanks for checking out RailSentry. We are currently conducting long-term testing on an active railroad in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The first series of production deployments will begin, also in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area, in Q2 of 2024.
Hopefully HERZOG will contact MASS COASTAL RAILWAYS TO USE A RECENTLY RECEIVED FRAP GRANTS ($140'000) TO REBUILD A NEW CUSTOMERS RAIL SPURS TO SHIP AND RECEIVED BY RAILCARS OF ROAD SALTS AND USE "HERZOG CONVEYOR TRAINS" TO SPEED UP OF OFF LOADING ROAD SALTS DIRECTLY INTO DUMPTRUCKS AND A FUN NEW HERZOG BUSSINESS OPPORTUNITIES TO HELP SUPPORT HERZOG THROUGHT PERHAPYOUR SLOWER WINTER /FALL /SPRING SEASONS😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Our gang can unload 2 to 1 against this ! We can unload a 50 pocket in that stated time which overstated ! We observed and participated in a demo of this CONTRACTED outfit . Slow set up and a slow grueling unloading process , not impressed .
Pretty easy when you’re dropping it all in one spot and have sufficient track time
How many ATCs does Herzog have on the fleet? Looks like a great innovation!
Lol the first black guy that popped up was my dadddddd
That’s awesome 👏🏾 I been watching a lot of videos and this is the first video I have seen a representative of what I look like demographically visualization matters🤗🫶🏾
Trains!
Inspirational story about beginner for work this industry,,,,,,
That is impressive. I'd like to see that in action in person.
That’s bad ass!

Who ever choose that Batman music needs a raise
Those washout, holy smokes!
I'd like to see how they load the train
That's what I'd like to know. Always bothered me.
They have a welding plant where strings of rail are loaded than have a shark nose attatchment at the beginning of the rail to feed it threw each roller till it hits the length of 1300 ish feet then same process is repeated I worked on these and they’re awesome to deal with
Ok very good 👍
theres a herzog train at napton mo siding union pacific
Nice footage 👍
They cut down the trees along our set of tracks and now it looks ugly Shame on you!
wouldn't trees too close to the tracks be a fire hazard?
@@KnightRaymund I suppose but these trees were a good 30-40-50 feet from the tracks. They helped block out noise and air pollution for the buildings nearby. Along with that there are other trees by the tracks that are even closer to them that seem to be considered "safe". It's just unfortunate because these trees were really pretty and didn't deserve or should have been torn down.
@@KnightRaymundno. More of a strike hazard, either by coming into contact with a passing train or if they’re tall enough which sounds like the case for this guys would be a risk if fallen over onto the track after a storm or high winds.
