What is carryover?
Shame that it's very informative but also hard to concentrate because of her constant ums. Please tell her to work on reducing this, the amount of ums she uses is out of control.
❤ Thank you
This is very helpful.
This is what happens when they don't hire enough sterile processors 18:33 Stop trying to save money because it will end up costing you(organizations) more money in the long run. Cheap and pathetic!! Tried for over 6 months trying to get a job in this field and nothing. SO STANK!!
anyone catch how many times she said um?
Thank you so much for the information I really appreciated!
Can someone tell me how to properly position rigid instruments like Criles and Kellys into the washer? Are they supposed to be placed in an upright postion?
All the ummms are kind of disturbing but useful lesson.
Omg I thought I was the only one that noticed 🥴
I learnt a lot from this.
I did appreciate this presentation on sterile processing basics as I just started working in the SPD at the hospital I work at. I was hired on with no previous medical or sterile processing experience and I'm getting on the job training. Getting an overerview of sterile processing really helps. I don't mean to sound like a troll or sound too critical, but I thought the CRST person giving the presentation said umm a lot.
did you need certification first?
No not required.
Hey are you still in the field? And did you get your certification?
Update on my status since posting a comment on here. I still work in CP and recently got certified. After a year working, I studied for the CRCST test and passed.
Thanks i've begun online coursing for CST. This helped me a lot. Any great references for taking the exam would be appreicated. thanks.
I would like to work in this field as a sterilized process tech
I would love to be a sterile processing tech
UM I'M OUT
Very useful information, thanks for sharing 👍
Um um um um um um um um um um um um
Good video
Has a lot of really good information but I couldn't concentrate because the presenter kept saying, "UM" every 3 to 10 seconds.
Thank you, excellent information
UM UM UM UM UM UM UM UM UM UM UM UM ... Um.. yeah .. Um...... Irritating .
processing field not feel
Very resourceful information. Thank you. That’s going to help me enhance my skills, since I’ve been out of the field for over 2 years. I have started to look for a job again in the Sterile Processing Field.
I find this presentation is very helpful for CBIC exam prep. Thank you so much
Thank you. This summarized my MDRT book and is a big help for the preparation of my written exam 😊
A phone RUclips??? Thumbs down.
Good information! I love all the knowledge being shared... Especially infection control stuff
Thanks for the knowledge that you provide us with it; it’s very helpful. I want to ask about the time for hand washing you’ve mentioned it’s 15-20 sec is it for both if you using alcohol sanitizer or soap and water Also the poster about handrub have to be 20-30 sec and hand hygiene 40-60 sec so what we should teach the staff
hi you said to prevent airborne contamination at storage area put positive pressure ????? what i know in this case should be negative pressure
Um um um um stop fucking using the word um um um um....fuck offff um um um um um um
Um.. umm very useful Information beside the um's lol
I agree. The speaker may need to listen to her presentation, and make modifications in her delivery. It's great information, but the "um's" are excessive.
thank you for the video, great info ! I have to share constructive critique... Ms. Gordleys' delivery was so distracting pertaining to the repetitious "um" and "ah" I found myself unable to focus on the content (ended up counting the um's). Can this presentation be found in a public location for download (just the slides)?
MERS is Middle Eastern, not Mediterranean.
Um.. um.. um... I had to turn the volume down and just read the screen on the right... The um's after every other word were driving me crazy!! 😑😑😑😑
LOL...LOL You've got me laughing so hard. I was thinking the same thing...LOL
It’s funny the Umms didn’t distract me until I read the comments
