I’ve honestly gotta disagree with you. We’ve had lots of storms and many homes are left unaffected. Not many houses can withstand big pine trees falling on them…

Our team has actually torn down a few homes in Grogans Mills and done complete re-builds (on S Timber Top). The Woodlands is very accepting to the idea, you have to follow their guidelines closely. Work with an architect, get approval from the Township, tear down and build.. lot more than that, but I'd be happy to talk more on the phone!
