I have Varjo and Laptop with mobile RTX4090 and I thought it will run well, but it's 2x worse compared to desktop GPU, so I was wrong... and now that iRacing add rain and some stuff, because everything loads slower... it's near unplayable... everything has to be on LOW setting and even then it stutters... super annoying

wow... so RTX4090 and you still can't run all on max... I might have just wait for 5090

I matched your settings or went down in quality. (Some were different with software updates). I'm still stuck at about 30fps. Any ideas on what else might be wrong and where to look? I have a 4090, i9-12900KF 3.19 GHz and 64G of RAM. I don't think it's a capability issues. R (render) G(Graphics) and T (total frame rate time) all go immediately red when I start a session - even a local test session.

I have absolutely been loving my 7800x3d and 4090 setup it smashes everything in VR buttery smooth even in games like no man's sky etc stuff I have never been unless to turn up high at max rez and be constant stable

Thanks for your video. I run my F1-23 VR with a RTX-3080 TI and seems to work quite well. I did turn off a few of the graphics features which cut down on any viewing Twitches. Take care.

Dumb question, please forgive me, as I am coming from DCS. Is eye tracking based dynamic foveated rendering compatible with iracing, since it is working with OpenXR? I have a Pimax Crystal. For DCS I am using Pimax XR + OpenXR Toolkit + QuadViews Companion for dynamic foveated rendering, talk about a boost in performance! Thank you in advance.

Do you know what i have to choose in the quest Menu? I mean i like to use 90Hz so i choose it. But should the Resolution be 1x or 1.3x? Is 1.3x upscaled and is it better in this Case to upscale it in OpenXr?

does your screen not move with your head? when i try and play when i move my head quickly the screen followes my head and its really sickening

What's your specific graphic settings and your specific vr settings to have a pov right in the middle while you are recording??

Question, I have the Reverb G2 with a 4090 and my Steering wheel is hard to read to say the less but I fear it might be due to my IPD being around 73 and the Reverb Maxing out at 68. Do you have that same problem, your steering wheel looks fine in the video?

If you like F123 , I recommand you to download F1 skins mods for AMS2, you will have all F1 liveries from differents generations and in VR , even with my 3080ti, its great , i can’t imagine with a 4090.. As you probably know, VR in AM2 is much more better than F123 ! By the way ,there is a ULTRA Realistic graphic mod for f123 findable on Pantreon which is absolutely amazing , in rain mode with drops on your car you will have feeling to watch litteraly your TV and not playing a game ! but i don’t think is matching with VR.. 😢
