    I didnt want to self promote here, but if you use some small spheres and make 1 or 2 frames with red spheres fallling and place the same amount of spheres on the ground after they have fallen and connect them with a few extra spheres in the frame after, you can get some pretty realistic blood!     it took me *two* years to gain the courage to make advanced scenes more often. with a few textured dashes and the side to side animation, you can make some really cool animated backgrounds!
