Steven Strait here acts like the Clark Kent version of James Holden. It’s hard to believe it’s the same guy who plays James Holden. Proper talented actor.
Get the Rest of the Shows Cast into that plane please. I'd like to see Wes cluelessly hurl his giant body around and cara and Dom snicker and snort-laugh while trying to hold on to each other.😂 Loving esa's poineer work and the Show.
Tak toto mi nějak uniklo, až dnes po shlédnutí rozhovoru s ukázkou jsem to přehrál ❤😊
❤❤❤❤❤❤
WOW that's really amazing the series and the space theme really impressed steven strait as an actor, steven asks alexander gerst really interesting questions VERY NICE !!! THE EXPANSE = BEST SERIES !!! ALEXANDER GERST BESTER ASTRONOUT aus meiner stadt (HEILBRONN)
So pleased you enjoyed -- and please help us spread the word! We had a blast doing these, and Steven was so wonderfully engaged with the subject matter.
The covenant 2006 actor 😊
Thank you ESA open day 2024! Cannot believe I’ve not watched all these episodes with Mi Beratna!!!
So pleased you've enjoyed! Beltalowda!
Idea for this series is wonderful. Whoever got it - he brought good to the world. Always nice to see and hear Steven, but all the specialist in episodes are excellent and interesting. Kudos for Neil Melville and Herve Stevenin.
So pleased you enjoyed! It could have all been a 90 second clip but the real opportunity for us was to get into the granular detail of it all, Neil and the rest of the crew are so good at explaining their work and Steven was genuinely curious about it all! -Alex
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Glad you like! :)
Absolutely brilliant series. Steven presents well and asks interesting questions. I'd recommend to the editors to check the audio a little better (direction of audio for example) but that's a minor bit of (hopefully) constructive criticism that didn't detract from how great this series is to watch.
So pleased that you enjoyed! All noted on audio, it may not be apparent how 'on the hoof' our filming was: ESA and AirZeroG had a full plane of astronauts to be to do as well! A remarkable day and thank you for watching. -Alex
@@SpaceRocks Great work Alex, to you and all the team
Fascinating series. Steven makes a wonderful communicator and Alexander is a great interviewee. Is Steven going to be in more ESA things?
So pleased you enjoyed! Steven's a wonderfully committed actor and producer and so understandably has a very busy schedule, but we've got it all crossed :) -Alex
I've really enjoyed watching all of these videos. Thank you to you all so so much for making this series.
So pleased that you enjoyed -- thank YOU for watching! -Alex
time for more Life in zero space! also great that you talkt to Alexander gerst! The point about seeing the biger picture is realy intersting and maby we need to send up all people how want to get into poltics!
Sadly the only way to solve that issue would be to not bring the politicians back down.
We fully agree -- space is very much about what's happening here on Earth, and that perspective is so valuable. -Alex
Great interview, lovin this mini series!
Thank you for watching! :)
Steve basically interviewing Katherine is so cool. Really neat people doing awesome stuff in their own regards!
We fully agree -- thank you for watching! -Alex
We need more Expanse.... soooo.... sooo badly. But in the meantime, thank you to "Space Rocks" for making this!
Thank YOU for watching!
This is DELIGHTFUL.
Be careful he doesn't try and "legitimately salvage" your aircraft.
We were a little worried about this!
O Captain my Captain! 🤩
"James Holden...shit just follows you around don't it kid"
And there goes my lim_{n->∞} nth rewatch of the expanse
It gets better every time!
Thing is, we've seen other people who are fully prepared for microgravity still get completely blindsided by it - Tom Scott and Scott Manley come to mind - but Steven takes it completely in stride. No moment of panic, no disorientation, just completely conscious control and ease of movement from the get go. I'm sure ESA's great prep and training as well as Steven's extensive history with wirework were probably contributing factors, but Neil's right - Steven's a natural.
we were also blown away by this, it even impressed Neil as you say! It was a true joy to do.
Anyone else think Steven would make a good Superman? 😁
And now Steven understands "Floaty Arms" 🤟😎
Steven is a natural in zero G. He couldn't stop smiling! Thanks for expanding our world!
Thank YOU for tuning in!
Enjoyed this immensely! Big Expanse fan, books and series and a child of the space race. 8yo when Apollo 11 landed on the Moon and thrilled to see the promises of space finally starting to happen. JW
So pleased that you enjoyed!
Cpt Holden sans wires 😃
OK, the RUclips algorithm officially sucks - "The Expanse" _and_ space stuff are _all over_ my watch history and i've only _just_ been shown that this exists !? Bananas. (great video, I know what i'm doing with my breaks today :)
We're glad you found us -- hit subscribe, we've more fun stuff on the way, and you may enjoy our Uplink livestream from a little while ago.
What a great series, and this video especially! I didn’t catch his name but I was absolutely captivated by the trainer explaining all these different exercises. The moment he explained about using the environment and the ceiling to do CPR it was like a lightbulb went off over my head! Looked the same for Steven too, hah. Cant wait to see what’s next.
Really interesting! Steven seems like a nice dude
He's a good bosmang
He is just lovely! Met him at the ESA open day on 6 Oct. Wonderful human being
So interesting! I hope for more! Would be interesting to see long haire in zero g
He is a great science communicator. Thanks to all of you for doing this.
I fully expect the final 3 seasons of The Expanse to be filmed in actual microgravity.
This gets our vote :)
Wonderful.
Great stuff. Ad Astra per aspera!
This looks so funny and interesting
"Bringing rocks down to earth"... Expanse fans like... :o
Sorry! :)
thank you youtube algorithms for sending me here, didn't even know this existed
We're glad you're here! Hit subscribe we've got some more fun things on the way :)
Can't wait to see you all on the vomit comet! Almost there!
This is so cool he got to do this 😭
It is great to see Steven again. I miss him and The Expanse so much.
Please make the last three books of the expanse!
The microgravity indicators are such a fun look into astronaut subculture and is kinda perfect for The Expanse, which was so much about these types or subcultures, weird and believable little quirks associated with where people come from or where they work, especially the Belters.
Nice observation! I'd never thought of them like that. I will now. Glad you enjoyed the episode.
So human weren't they? We'd have never guessed that ourselves. :) -Alex
Yam seng, Beratna!!
Now he's ready for another season! What an incredible experience, really happy for him!
The feeling was real!
Holden BERATNA! You looking good man! Love ya guys! Thx for the vid!
Back down the well, inyalowda
OYE BERATNA... We missed you....
I love that RUclips wants to translate this.
Holden now true Beltalowdah on de float!!! Sassa ke bossmang!! 🤟😎
This - with a tear in my eye.
So cool! I did the Zero G flight last March and Neil was responsible for our group. You just perfectly described what zero g feels like. 😎
We will pass it onto Neil! He's great!
Hi Stefan! Was a pleasure to fly with you.
@@NeilMelvilleKenneyIt was an honor 🫡 Already planning my second flight 😎
Best thing ive seen on youtube in so long
So glad you're enjoying!
