Let's see here... Exias torso with a Dynames central piece, Zabanyas legs, Exias arms with Dynames shoulders and Dynames head. Did I miss anything?
I used the transient gundam as base, not the exias parts and the torso central piece was made from the zabanya, other than that you're absolutely right!
Did you cut Striker GN-X's cockpit?
I didn't cut it, but if you're referring to the chest's detail, then yes

Where are the arms from?
"Tiger hand expansion unit" from "Effect wing" (it's the backpack from the lfrith jiu but with extra articulation and parts)

Unfortunately all the shorts are custom build I made without a camera because they are old custom build that I modified recently at that time. But if you want you can see the video of the "Skyfall", in that video this kit is used as a core
what did you use for his head?
For the head I used an old HG Garazzo from 00 (i don't remember which variant but it should be irrelevant) and for the face i used a spare part (should be the faceplate of an MG sazabi). Hope this is helpful to you :D
