small update to the dollar store setup

In this video, I bought stuff from a dollar store and updated my gaming setup. I bought a speaker, a keyboard, a mouse, and a USB extender for only $10! Pretty cheap!

This is an old video of me exploring an abandoned hospital with my brother on April 13th, 2023. We didn't really find much except some blood on the ground and a bunch of glass everywhere.
