Interesting info, thanks for sharing. HOWEVER .... I heard something which, if I understood what was being said correctly, looks to me like outright deception. At 10:31 Liz asks "what was your TURNOVER in January?" - the website owner then clearly says that the turnover was $5,400 US$. But shortly after that at 12:31, the presenter (Liz) latches onto those same TURNOVER numbers and quotes them as equating to "a nice six figure income". 🤑 NEWSFLASH LIZ - TURNOVER does not equal INCOME. Income is the net profit after all website operating expenses. And the NET INCOME is (carefully, deliberately) NEVER MENTIONED in this video. Which all smacks to me as this being a video designed to do one thing - deceive viewers into believing that your $3,500 course will train someone to make "a nice six figure income". WHICH IS NOT TRUE AT ALL. In reality they will be making, based on the exact commission figures of 10%-15% that the website owner herself stated she gets, $300 - $700 per month GROSS PROFIT on a website generating $3,000 to $5000 per month TURNOVER. Let's say those commissions average out at GROSS PROFIT of $550 per month, which would equal $6.600 GROSS PROFIT PER YEAR. Knock off 15% of that income for website operating costs (based on my own decades of website operations) and you're left with an ANNUAL GROSS INCOME of $5,610. With not one hour of labor accounted for in those numbers. So how much DOES that work out at, per hour of her time that she puts into the website? The website owner said that she spends "two to three hours per day" working on this one fitness equipment website. Let's say she only works Monday to Friday on it and let's say her average is 2.5 hours per day, so 12.5 hours per week. If she works 48 weeks per year on her site, that's roughly 600 hours per year that she puts into the website. Divide those 600 hours into her annual gross income of $5,610 and you end up with an hourly income of ..... $9.35 per hour. Which is less than half the wage you can earn at any McDonalds here in the USA. Not exactly a "six figure income" is it? Or did I miss something, and if so, what? ..... Asking for a friend. You know, that friend down the road from me, along with every viewer who watches your video, and who believes anything they see on the interweb .... 🙄

Great content Matt. I have been following your services because I do feel I would enjoy flipping websites. I love the learning process. However, my concern is about how much money it needs to be spent on digital marketing in order for your flipped website to actually bring you profit.

Content sites are a bad investment since Q3-Q4 2023. Google has decided to kill this market, probably to replace it by it's own AI that would generate articles in real time and wouldn't need a website? Try finding a Content site that withheld the storm and you'll see for yourself, it's a loosing proposition. If high quality sites are being destroyed (seemingly randomly), what makes you think your small or starter site will survive? I lost over 50% of revenues over my 10 sites... there's not justification for Google to do that without it being to intentionally redirect content traffic to a small % of sites and to discourage Content site development for it's upcoming AI strategy. I mean, this is people's incomes they're playing games with here.

I was sharing that I bought this program and spent all the money on it. I haven’t gotten any type of guidance or any help with the program as they make it seem when they are selling it to you. All you get after you spend the thousands of dollars is pre-recorded videos. And worksheets that you can download. They need to do better, Liz and Matt, you need to do better at following up with the customers that are buying your product, contributing to your wealth. You can’t just take their money and let them be. Some of us need guidance and need support. That support and guidance is not given to us. Please do better not everyone can learn from videos, maybe you guys should try to do small classes at least once every quarter or something to support the people who are pouring millions of dollars into your product contributing to yourwealth. Don’t take our money and run and leave us alone.😢
