I was just installing this today but I couldn't get the deadbolt to rotate once I had in place. It just seems like it's stuck, also the door handles don't pull up like in the video. Is there a way of fixing that

Wish this also showed removal of stationary side. Is that possible? Need to temporarily remove my Hurd stationary side to bring a large item into my home, but can't find info anywhere!

Your Merrill Wisconsin plant is run by dim wits who have no idea how manufacturers work . They need as many people as they can get yet refused to hire people that have experience. It's a revolving door of people being told it's a 3 day weekend yet its 5 10hr days no training program nor does any of the managers have a care . If you have a goal of 500 windows a day and 60 people on first shift and 20 on second shift how would it be split ... not 50/50 like it is this is an excellent example of the logic your plant manager down to floor management have ... HR is a joke there motto goes like this ... if you got a problem yo they solve it check out the door well management revolves it ... Once the handle has been pulled up and the locking pins are actuated, should the deadbolt actuate completely? I have to continue holding the handle up in order for the deadbolt to fully rotate

So by your nomenclature, a 'pocket' window is different from an 'insert' window. From your videos, a 'pocket' window is installed from the inside and an 'insert' window is installed from the outside - correct? I didn't see anything in your literature/brochures that refer to a pocket window?

You guys need better instructions on your products. The instructions on the doors are garbage. They need better pics, not a 1985 security cam resolution.
