The grill on the 2nd floor is crazy. Should be a bathroom on the 2nd floor and a half on the 1st.

After watching this tour of your home design I have one thing to say....Please, for the love of humanity, NEVER design another home again! The interior design was so gaudy that it gave me a headache. And your design choices in the kitchen and bathroom were nothing short of insane. This home looks like a pack of blind monkeys with finger paints designed and decorated it. Do us all a favor and don't quit your day job.

Very unique floor plan. A beautiful and functional house.

No sink in the bathroom? That won't work. But, there is room for a long vanity and even two sinks. I like a lot of things in this house though...simple roof, simple foundation covered front porch. I can't have a basement where I live so the space for the stairs would become a place for the HV/AC, plus some to add to closet space in back bedroom. I'm not a fan of the bar /island placement in the kitchen because of the unused space between it and the doors. In a small house, you just can't waste space.

The 2 accent walls that have that hideous wallpaper looks like wrapping paper! The 1 bathroom is not practical and the laundry just plopped in a hallway. The “island” in the kitchen with the sink has chairs….it’s too small and looks awkward, it’s not big enough for a coffee cup! Too many issues with this home!

Don’t like the viewing. It moves too quick and that going up to the ceiling has to go

10 would become a half bath if I were to build this home. 4 people need 2 bathrooms.

Horrible kitchen, dining in a bedroom, no storage, a pull down ladder to access a loft? Not impressed.

THIS HOME IS NOWHERE NEAR 2700 SQ FT.

This is not a 1 bedroom cottage when you have a twin bed in the corner of your living area. A bedroom is an enclosed room with a window, closets, and a door. It isnt even big enough for two people as again the bed is a twin. This is a waste of a build imo.

Está bonita, pero realmente para la persona que tiene en mente algo minimalista, esto no es apropiado. Me recuerda la de cada de 1950, en ese tiempo se les decía:"muebles futuristas", pero si la sensación es de pesadez, muchos adornos en las paredes y repisas. En el comedor con la mesa asi tendida ya para comer, bueno, hoy dia muchos ni saben tender una mesa asi y menos usarla, lo más probable que si esta sentado debajo de la repisa , la enganche al pararse y la tire. Lo de afuera, en mi pais no puede ser porque , no quedarían ni las alfombritas, seguro que se roban todo. 😅😂. No es crítica, a mi me encantó y yo si puedo vivir en una casa así, pero no es para todo el mundo. Disculpa si te moleste con mi opinion.

This 1200 sq ft 3 BR, 2 bath home is one of the most cramped up feeling I’ve seen out there. Every room is cut off from all the other rooms. Of course the large pieces of furniture displayed throughout don’t help any either. Open up some of those walls between the kitchen and DR. 1 “L”shaped sofa in the living room ONLY! A 3 BR 2 Bath has to have the ability to seat 5-6 comfortably in the LR!

Cute "Tiny House. ". Wondering if adding a partition that extends between the bed and the fireplace/ sitting area would be possible.

I’d be willing to forgo the grill and that side of the porch, to make more room for the kitchen(would be nice if the center island could be moved against the wall when not in use)of course; putting the master suite on the second floor would make room also - this tiny home is just crying out for more space

AI home? So much bulky furniture and too much made this place look cramped and smaller than it has to be. Home is pretty from the outside except again, too much stuff on the deck. Too bad.

I have a 10 x 10 barn. Even with 2 more feet could I have all this fit.
